This was so great! I watched the masterclass and was about to purchase the course and it said it was 50% off but the 50% discount went away! haha. Not sure what happened there?
1. Start Positive: "Whats going well for you in life ?" and Love the ending - Mindfullness: Naming the negative emotion and moving it aside..."Tell it to take a hike!" - Love it.
I am a new sub to this channel after viewing this video. I enjoyed the technique of mindfulness to help overcome the “ missing something”. Often we see the end result of the vision but have flashbacks of fear that stop us. Support is also amazing .
Yes, that's a great catch, Pamela! And also how each part prepares you for the next and flows together. Lots of powerful insights here. Thanks for sharing :)
I loved how each technique uses what the client says to help them move forward. I also like that each technique built on the last to help them grow, without any discomfort.
Thank you so much. Just couched myself using these couch in Techniques. How amazing is,, to have the right tools and mindset to accomplish my vision. Thank once more 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Lovely peaceful and positive guide through recognizing strengths and what is missing for the client, the reassurance from the coach and the mindfulness technique at the end to close it with a better emotion. Thanks Ajit for the vivid examples to guide us through the process .
This was great ! I find the focus on raising the energy from the start by positive emotions and the last one about pushing the negative energy aside to create room for the innner knowing the most helpfull and eyeopening parts that I will adapt. The funny thing is that it is so obviously simple but also so obviously important to do this to get results, but the essense of genius is to the right thing in the right time at the right moment. I also love the way that Margaret explain to her client what the purpose of each step is. To me that is SO trustworthy. Thanks for posting. 😃👍
Love the sensing the journey step: brought to life the idea of just how important it is to navigate through with a client properly instead of being all over the place. Very helpful!
I’m currently studying to be a holistic health and wellness coach while juggling being a mum of 3 kids under the age of 6. I’m finding I have a lot to work on but that’s good. Any tips for a newbie would be very much appreciated! This video was very helpful thanks!
Great coaching session. Love accepting the scared feeling and allowing a shift to happen. It was a technique I would practice when I would prepare for mma fights. Now I enjoy coaching others to overcome the fights they have in their lives. Great content as always!👍
Great techniques and a great coach. As an intuitive astrologer people's souls are an open book. I see their whole childhood and why they have blockages and negative patterns. I am learning on MindValley Coach Mastery how to better my methodologies as an Evolutionary Astrologer. My homework at the moment is to look at other coaches. So I decided to watch this video. I do not know if some of these techniques work for me. I would be sugar-coating my clients to feel positive when I feel the need to share things they have swept under the rug. I have the need to pull out the skeletons out of the closet and have them face their demons. I compare myself to an Ayahuasca trip. Going into the depths of your soul to see what needs to be released and healed to go forward. I guess I have to figure out how to incorporate the positive feelings after they had a good cry. Well, I just started this course and I have much to learn.
This is so amazing! What's important is to be open to learning different techniques and methodologies, and picking whatever works for you and your clients. As your approach is more connected to spiritual coaching, here's a free masterclass we think you might find very insightful: go.evercoach.com/WeBCzKWx. Thanks for sharing ❤
@@mindvalleycoach Thank you so much for sharing this free masterclass! I am a new follower and am starting my new career journey in spiritual life coaching. Love all of your videos. I have learned so much from your page and am truly thankful for the content you post and share with us. I have watched tons of videos, coaches, masterclasses and none of them have resonated with me, until now! This one hit the core with plenty of " AHA " moments. I look forward to learning, gathering and implementing, all that I learn from you! Forever grateful.
Interesting approach of looking "beyond or around" the fear. Definitely will put it into my bag of instruments! Thank you. Another thing - looking how many people are indicating "helping others" as their ultimate goal makes me wonder if this is what they really feel or just day to look good?...)
Great question! We wouldn't be able to answer that for everyone, but we do know that our community at Mindvalley Coach do genuinely love coaching because of the impact they can have on other people's lives. That is our mission here at Mindvalley Coach and most, if not all, of our certified coaches resonate with that :)
Great video Ajit. It feels like watching it opened another door for me, but behind it, there are many more locked doors (techniques I am yet to discover). Thanks!
Glad you found it valuable, Volthar! And yes, that's the beauty of coaching, to always find and try new and better techniques to hone our skills ;) Thanks for sharing!
My favorite part sis how to guide my client to identify the strengths first, and also guide them to recognize the feeling they are having because they do not like what is going to happen.
This is amazing!!!! So rare to actually see the frameworks and techniques applied in real time. Ajit, you are world-class coach. What coaching program did you, yourself, take?
This was incredible to watch, I loved the Eclipse technique!! My question is - if we try this with a client, ask them to shift the fear (or other emotion/feeling/thought) to one side, and then imagine the stillness of the nightsky to see what emerges - what do we do if nothing emerges for the client?
So glad you enjoyed this video, Chloe, and great question! In case a client does not understand the exercise or nothing comes up, you can ask them follow-up or guiding questions to help them. For example, "How would you like to feel if you could shift the [X] to the side?", "How does it feel to lean into the stillness instead of [X]?", "What would change if you could detach from [X]?". Also, remember the power of silence. It's ok to sit in silence even if it feels awkward at first, to give your client space and time to really tap into what is emerging from them. Let us know if this brings some insight to your question ❤
I really enjoyed the idea of personifying the challenge. What kind of person would this hurdle be? And can we move that person aside for a moment? Thanks for sharing these techniques!
Hi Dacia! Unfortunately, the full coaching demonstration is only available inside our Coaching Mastery program. You can find out more about it here: go.evercoach.com/q2Q2z6f7. Thanks for asking! ❤️
@@mindvalleycoach Thank you! I am in university right now and am doing well coaches class and am in wellness coaching 2. She wrote the book for my wellness coaching 1 class so that's why I asked! Thank you for your reply.
Was hoping that the coach would mirror the client's language rather than paraphrasing almost everything she said. That can be a powerful tool to affirm the client, because it shows to them that the coach is truly listening. Some clients can actually be really turned off with a coach who is always paraphrasing.
Mirroring is also a great tool, Hannah! Each coach has their own style and what's best is having all the tools and knowing when to use each one ;) Thanks for sharing!
Help me understand a bit. A little towards the end it almost felt like she was approaching this from a therapist point of view.. Maybe I’m over thinking it ??
Great question, Anthony! There's a fine line between coaching and therapy, which is why you might find some similarities in skills and techniques that can be dabbled between both areas if the coach has enough knowledge and preparation to do so. Dr Margaret Moore (aka Coach Meg) has an extensive background in healthcare and coaching psychology, which is why her holistic methodology could include elements from her different studies, but how she delivers it is coaching-focused. Nevertheless, it's always important to point out that if, as a coach, you do not feel comfortable using a specific tool, it's better not to. Some tools require a more advanced background and expertise that a coach may or may not have. We hope this clarifies your question!
Every coach has their own style, and it's important to learn from different styles and then pick and choose what resonates with you most. If Dr Margaret Moore's style doesn't resonate with you, we suggest checking out some other styles you might enjoy more such as Jason Goldberg's or Christine Hassler's here: ua-cam.com/play/PLLz6vjpxFbXjbUJ9ZgZXpmjgWmqXzWNEJ.html
