Wow, what an insightful way of looking at coaching! I love Jason's coaching ideas! Confess before you instruct! Diagnosis vs. Decision!!!!Positive thinking vs. Possibility Thinking!!!! LOVE!!!!
This conversation is Loaded with amazing insights! I am grateful that I took the time to watch it and grateful that Ajit and Jason took the time to have this amazing conversation and post it. Thank you!!!!
I have always loved metaphors so this discussion just hit all the highs for me! Adding in distinctions will be like 10xing the impact. I feel so powerful after this, I will listen again and again!! 🤩
I AGREE 100% AND I AM SO HAPPY I DO ALL THIS INTUTITIVELY WITH MY CLIENTS. Ajit, you always nail it with your content and coaching tips. I am forever a fan of yours. Thank you!
That's some powerful concepts. I am going to be using more stories in my coaching from now. Thanks so much for sharing this. Really appreciate what you are doing here!
Whoever took this initiative, Ajit/Jason is awesome to bring all the secrets to the surface. Beautiful conversation with full of dedication and care and of course only passion can drive such moves. Keep doing great work. I strongly believe such people never die from the hearts of the people. Stay Blessed.
The most interesting information that I got was (thinking positive VS possibility based). I really liked Jason's couching ideas. Well done and thank you very much for all information.
I’d forgotten the haircut metaphor. It’s about surrender and delegation and giving instructions as clearly as you can and accepting that their interpretation may not exactly match ours, so having a level of acceptance in how things may be done differently to what we expect or are used to, to reach the same outcome. It’s also one for me to remember because my trips to the hairdressers are similar!
Yes, it indeed was one of the best pieces of information I received in recent times on coaching. It really makes me excited how good this method is - I was imagining myself that it can be my method to coach and how I will act and feel when I am using these methods. Really awesome, loved it ❤❤
contribute to vs. take responsibility for... very powerful! I AFFIRM: I am willing to contribute to the happiness of those around me, but I will not assume responsibility for it.
Absolutely loved this! So rich with insights and info. Jason you rocked it! I've been thinking about metaphor development for awhile, since studying with Michael Neil who I find to be a master at metaphor. It is through my listening to him that I discovered their power in coaching.. I will definitely listen to this again and explore deeper. By the way, I found Michael through Mindvalley in 2019. I am forever grateful. Thank you for all you do and offer! ❤
at 39:25 what a creepy thing he says...IF managers are stressed i would go to him and say I know this is super stressful and you need to bring new procedures in if there is anything I can do to help let me know and i will help you...He said it with a straight face...That is super deviant behaviour. He is saying behind all the other staffs back i will help you to bring this in....To me that is very low morals...Workers are always exploited by companies by the management and he is adding to it...Very strange as something he considers as a grea thtig to do.
Ajit looks adorable but be careful when purchasing any programme. Ajit works with Mindvalley and they offer very poor customer service. after buying a programme from Evercoach yesterday, I am not able to gain access. They charged me three times and have refused to even sort my problem out. 12 calls to USA, a chat and 8 emails have not been acknowledged. All i get is automatic replies to go into an account I have not got. Just e careful when buying products off such online companies.

Never instract before I confess.
Metaphors can be made up.
Positive versus posibility course.
Do reverse engeneering on existing metaphors.
Great takeaways, Svjetlana! Thanks for sharing ❤
Yes yes yes! Greet insights you pulled from this Svjetlana!
I use Seinfeld for my metaphors…
