ps4 is basically 7 years old pc, i say it's pretty amazing it can still run like this. it was starting at 400$ 7 years ago imaging buy your 500$ pc 7 years ago and still use it right now...probably hardly run any AA games. I still prefer PC too, but just point out the fact

When your combat strategy involves 'I'll hit electrified walls after comboing the boss, because that does way less damage than letting him combo back.'

I think Judgment and Yakuza are in the same timeline. It’s just that the characters of Yakuza and Judgment rarely interact with each other. I support this theory because according to Yagami, Kiryu definitely fakes his death. Yagami does know about the legendary Dragon of Dojima 🐉.

For anyone that wants an even easier way to deal with him (must have dlc extracts): Get him down to stage where he starts to use his shields and you have to risk getting damaged in the opposite style. When you reach this stage, activate the mystical dance extract. You will not be able to die for 90 seconds. Once you break his shields, simply switch into the same style as him (activate heat mode) and you will be able to comb to through all his attacks (yes even the critical ones) as the blasts will raise your heat
The blue and red swap to absorb the damage definitely reference to one of Sega published game the forgotten arcade masterpiece Ikaruga the spiritual sequel of Radiant Silvergun.

I love how at the end Yagami is all "oh fuck sake I'm going home" before Shin even gives his motivation, shows a nice contrast compared to Kiryu who'd be giving some words of wisdom to Shin as well as contemplate his rivalry with the Amon clan. Can't wait for Shin Yakuza to see how Ichiban handles the Amon clan, hell if it's Shin again I wonder if he'll reference Yagami.
I love how the case starts,closes and starts again just cus it didn't made any sence for Yagami XD...it's like Amon is too powerful to start and end the side case at his will. Plus when the FPS drop during the last section,I actually find it it's soo Amon thing to do.I mean,he is Amon of all people and we all know he would anything to cheap out a fight and expecting a fair fight from a cheap boss like him is impossible.
You know the song that plays during this fight pretty much describes every Amon fight, He seems easy at first glance then that music shift after the first few seconds of the fight then is when the player discovers how much damage he deals and completely rekts you in seconds.
Finally got round to picking Judgment back up and fighting Amon. Damn this was the hardest fight out of the whole series, I’m ashamed to say I had to drop the difficultly to easy and still got my ass beat at least 5 more times

The music is great though out the fight but the beat drop at the beginning almost matches the moment of realization that this guy is no push-over, 4:05 for reference.

What I did with him was that at the very start of the fight, I would use an extract that let's you grab enemies and throw them to the floor to beat them by punches to the face. I did that like 4-5 times until he got to his second phase, so I could still have my phone and my pause menu.
I like how Shin calls Yagami the reigning master over Kamurocho. Ichiban may be the new legend in the mainline games, but I like to think Yagami is the new protector of Kamurocho, while Ichiban's home is Ijincho.
Also, that thumbnail freaking me out. Imagine me freaking out when among the normal looking video thumbnails, is a thumbnail of a person's eyes with red tint.

I tried first few and it indeed hard but once u understand the color mechanics, the fight is actually damn simple. Its a great fight tho enjoyed the gimmicks.
I'm pretty sure this dude nearly melted my PS4. Like even in the video you can see it lagging, I think this fight might've been nearing the point where the PS4 couldn't handle it.
If I were to get Judgment, past the first electric phase, I would only attack Amon when the arena is blue, because that red arena looks like a frame-rate-drop nightmare.

I tried first few and it indeed hard but once u understand the color mechanics, the fight is actually damn simple. Its a great fight tho enjoyed the gimmicks.
We all thought Tiger Drop was the most powerful technique. Turns out it's actually the second most powerful behind Frame Drop.

I'm pretty sure this dude nearly melted my PS4. Like even in the video you can see it lagging, I think this fight might've been nearing the point where the PS4 couldn't handle it.

If I were to get Judgment, past the first electric phase, I would only attack Amon when the arena is blue, because that red arena looks like a frame-rate-drop nightmare.
