A few months ago, I went yo my doctor and said that I tend to have low blood sugar and get extremely tired in the afternoon. He then replied "eat something!!!". Since I have been trying to loose weight I have been eating less, but him telling me to eat something was surprising to me.
I have found that a really good snack in the afternoon is: walnuts, dark chocolate and red grapes....great combination 🎉.
Thank you for your channel, I've learned a lot and keep improving my MECFS condition. God bless!!!

Very helpful video, thank you - what would be extremely helpful would be a link or factsheet from the OHC to the best sources of current nutritional science and ideally some recommended nutrition and recipe books. There is so much conflicting information out there (e.g. I could find multiple articles trying to demonstrate that coconut oil or nut butters are extremely damaging to health) so it can be really tough to know which ones are a safe choice.

Ideally, according to Ayurveda, it's best not to 'snack' in between meals as it disrupts the digestive process. If one eats a meal after 4 hours and not before then that should not disrupt the digestive process. If one includes some of these suggested 'snacks' as part of a Breakfast, lunch or Dinner meal, then one should not need to 'snack' at all....
