I'm bummed. Committed to 3 episodes to be left hanging. It's my fault for not checking if it was a complete series. On to the next tutorial I guess. 😞😞
Mike these videos are absolutely GOLD !!! The amount of time you take is just perfect. I am drawing so much now and using so many things in fusion. It was so intimating until I followed your video like ten times. Please please do a 4 th.
Mike, I fully understand why you've slowed down on making these videos. I just hope to God you finish the series because I've been soooooo lost until I found your videos. I'm feeling good about drawing now, (thanks to you) but I've hit another wall on creating tool paths, and getting it too the machine.
Thanks for commenting and checking out my videos 👍 I’m glad they have helped you out. I will try and post a g code video in a month or so, my channel takes a hit every time I post content most of my subscribers don’t watch.
I cant beleive its three years since first watching this and now coming back for the no nonsence tutorial. You realy do explane things so well. I have orderded a mouse and will get a second screen setup to watch and repeqt each step. Thanks for keeping it real and not doing my head in with loud music and irelivant content. I have learnt so much watching your videos over the years and now rewatching them. Looking forward to my first cut.
I have to say as a newbie just looking into fabrication and cnc tables... you have taken a completely overwhelming concept and made it not only doable but easy to understand. I hate that not more people show appreciation for such a world class tutorial but I would like to thank you for your time and rounding off the sharp edges of such a complex process for beginners like myself!
Thanks Mike, I can't say it enough.. your series for fusion 360 for beginners is awesome ! you should be paid for what your doing. I hope you put in the same details on getting this to the G code. Keep the Videos coming!
I would totally pay for a patreon for more of these videos. Like how to upload an image to cut out a sign or shapes. Im so excited to buy one of these after the holiday!
Wow, great video man, very informative and easy to understand man! Ill have to watch this series of videos like a million times when i get a plasma table! Thanks for taking the time to video this!
Thanks for sticking with this series despite it's lack of popularity. Tools like this are super helpful, especially when someone cuts straight to the point of why we're all interested in the first place:) A++ Mike!
Thanks Landen 👍 It’s tough trying to balance out UA-cam, I want to make videos that help people and show them what I have learned, but the sad truth is 80% or more of my viewers just want to watch entertainment. Thanks for checking out my new video and commenting, I do appreciate it 🙂
Mike you are a born teacher! Perfect content and real life useable ideas. Keep up the terrific tutorial. It is appreciated and will be watched over for years to come!
You have been, and continue to be, the majority of my inspiration. I did, finally, make some parts of my own design on my LS CFPro through slogging through the tutorials from LS. They were super hard to follow for a beginner. Technically I'm not a rank beginner, I took a CNC plasma cutting class from Everett CC back in 2007 but... we used a different software and time has a way of making stuff like this evaporate. I'm still going to watch these and follow along for the practice, still learning a lot from you. You do a better job of explaining and talking about whether you right click, left click or which hotkey you just used, than the videos from LS. Their videos also seem super rushed. I had trouble keeping even with prodigious pausing and rewinding. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
Hi Mike, love these so far, really looking forward to part 4. I am holding off the first run of my Crossfire Pro until I have seen the conclusion of this series.
You are much teaching this than the instructors they have on there web site. They should hire you . Great presentation So many times I tried and gave up you gave me new hope to try again.
Thank you for the intro into this program! just learning the basics helped me a lot! now at least I know where the different tools are and what they do! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!
This has been a life saver for me! I've watched other tutorial 360 videos and learned very little. This is what I need to use it for. Thanks very much!
Thank you so much for this! Please consider making the rest of the series! I would pay for this. Promote your training on the channel and sell it on another platform, you have enough introduction episodes that many would buy. Having owned my table for a year and never firing it up I am finally motivated by your videos to try to learn the software and that is what has been holding me back mentally. Thanks again 👍.
Excellent video! Can’t wait until I can afford a plasma table to actually put what I’ve learned to work. Thanks for putting these videos together for us.
Just finished watching all three videos in this series. Thanks so much for doing this! I tried to watch a bunch of "techy" F360 videos and almost fell asleep, couldn't get through the first 5 minutes. Your videos were easy to understand and car/fab guy centric, which made it that much better.
These videos are very informative and very well done. Very useful and easy to follow. I look forward to part 4. Thank you for taking the time to make them.
Great series! I'm looking into a crossfire but was always scared of the computer portion as I'm not computer savvy at all. Thanks to your videos I'm able to fumble my way through designing parts in fusion 360 and I'm getting more comfortable with it. A part 4 would be great to cover the cam and post portion and the final cut process. Just like you said, most videos skip over important details and if you're new like me these are critical details. I know there are quite a few of us who would benefit greatly from a part 4. Keep up the good work!
Love this tutorial. I’ve learned many shortcuts and tips. When you were copying the first slot in the engine plate, you don’t need to click on every line individually, just double right click a line and it will highlight the whole item
Awesome videos Mike, something I would like to see iis a video that take s us through the process of creating a g code and begin cutting. Thats where I'm stuck right now, thanks
I just ordered my crossfire Pro this morning. Watched the first two vids last night and just watched this one. Great information!! REALLY appreciate you sharing your knowledge. Thank you!
Thank you mike !! Because of you I spent a fews $$ buying a plasma table 😅 I'll be a bit educated when my table will finally show up 🤘 cant wait to add fancy motif in my gusset for styling welding project
Thanks for checking out my videos 👍 I will be posting part 4 soon, unfortunately because of the lack of interest in this series and how it’s effecting my overall views from altering the YT algorithm I’m disappointed to say I believe part 4 will be the last video at least for a long while on this series. Only about 2% of my subscribers actually watched it 😞
