Much better choices are: The Rader Master Bodybuilding & Weight Gaining System by Peary Rader, The Complete Keys to Progress by John McCallum, Super Squats by Randall J. Strossen, Dinosaur training by Brooks D. Kubik, Brawn by Stuart McRobert. As far as books for life I'd go w/ The Tai Te Ching.

Sir i have been doing cardiovascular exercuses and running since 1.5 month ...in beginning my legs used to pain...shin bone used to pain...but now my legs feel so much pain that i m not able to walk properly...also when i touch my shin bone i feel a little bump...i think there is a swelling ...now for 1 week i have not exercised not because its paining but bcz i m not able to do exercise...my legs don't allow me to jump,run,jog or put pressure on my legs...currently i m not working out...i give my legs a hot water bath...i also massage them slowly with hot mustard oil as my mom said ...i even use ointment to reduce pain and get my legs back to normal...but ....its not recovering much...plz help me....what do i do...

Sir i have a doubt. What if i spread my workout through out the day. What effect will it have on my health. Muscle gain? Fat loss? Overall health?? For e.g. if i have chest workout today, but i distribute workout throughput the day. All sets with vigorous effort but spread all over the day. There is now information regarding this anywhere

Its not a one word answer But u have to consistently workout so that u don't feel tired during your exam.time Suddenly starting workouts will cause u sorensss and may hamper ur studies temporarily

how are many grams are you taking?...reduce dose to half of what your taking and see.

take some carb like 1 banana with whey protien because our glucogen gets deplits during workout and it helps in recovering it
