I got that the first time I did the true pacifist playthrough because it was stuck on end screen of the sleeping dog for eternity so I just closed the app then ran it again and this happened

In the end, there is no true villain. Everyone has their own backstory, and history that made them what they are…
I’m just so happy I played and did the True Pacifist Route (after a neutral of course) and will do nothing else because I love these characters. Even Flowey.

The flowey message appears every time you boot up the game after finishing a true pacifist, your game just crashed before you could put your name, so it didn't register that you reset the game.
Couldn’t. Did the standard neutral run and true pacifist and never touched it again. Even made a backup of the games files, just in case. It got to me.
I was so confused flowey appears on my screen i was like "What the?. Flowey did you just come after i save asriel and re-opening the game?" it had me confused for planning the ending to get "Genocide Ending"
But then what happens if you reset before ending the run? Edit: Flowey isn't there. I'll go explore more later. Edit 2: Flowey said their normal lines and stole the SOULs, and after the credits Flowey didn't say anything That was a waste of time

I had to reset my pacifist run after messing it up due to me not pouring water on undyne in hotland and so i reset to fix that and i got past asgore and i never got yo omega flowey boss i was put back to menu before asgore fight. Any way i can get true pacifst for this?
No one remembers anything after a True Reset, so you'll get the exact same game and ending. Do it a THIRD time, and you still get the exact same game and ending. If you attempt to do Pacifist a fourth time...you probably need some fresh air and sunshine. ;)

DragoNick I think he was expecting what happens when you do a true reset after a pacifist, not just restarting the game.
A True Reset wipes out everyone's memories; you start over 100% from scratch, like you'd never played.
