Is the jig something that'll still help me if I am not using a router,I wish I had a router, see a couple on amazon for fairly cheap,but my kid needs this ladder like right now for the loft. His dad "borrowed" ours, and its not found its way back and ide rather not give him any more reason to come over, dif story I need help w,lol. But this,I can do,hopefully, with youtube help ay, thank you. What tools I do have that im working with,is well, a dremel that I've come to learn how to use for dang near anything (just takes me a bit longer than the avg income folks) wtv, and I've got a circular saw, hand saw, hack saw, umm, looking around here, got a oscillating tool saw...what cha think, can it be done in one evening before 10pm, now 4pm? Oh and my wood is a pine I think,very light color, reclaimed ladder,no clue what it had gone to,it was odd & I don't think it was made right and wasn't right hight, length width,or angle that i need. They put the thing together with these giant like 5 inch upholstery staples,insane scary pulling a million of those rusty boogers out. Idk maybe it wasnt a ladder at all and thats just what i saw seeing it laying on ground by a dumpster, cus that's what I need,lol. Anyways, that's what I'm trying to follow your video along with & trying to figure out what I can use that i have thats simular and how I'll apply your words of experience with what I've got to work with. No ladder building experience other than maybe a couple when I was kid helping my Dad 20 sumthan yrs ago while building his not so cool "tiny houses" he did in our backyard when it was not a thing normal,let alone cool thing, people built, unless they were like bums or growing a lot of weed. We weren't bums.
