    I follow 100pc. What do you recommend for an all around stationary bike or elliptical ? I found an old Schwinn Airodyne and like it for upper and lower tonning. Also the forward foot rests that give good foot and toe stimulation. Your thoughts ? DV age 77 with 30 years of treating both knees and NO SURGERY of any kind.

      Hey there! Using a bike will be helpful if you can get your glutes to work during the exercise. If you feel you are using your quads more than your glutes while using the bike, then you will likely make your knee problem worse :-(
