If you ever up my way, Worcester, there are a number of interesting churches. The Powick church has a lot of cannon ball and grape shot marks from the English Civil War. There is Worcester Cathedral and the grave of King John. And finally at Churchill, St Michaels Church is in the care of the CCT. You also have the old power station at Powick, and the Civil War bridge that paritally collapsed into the River Teme and is being rebuilt. At the confluence of the River Teme and Severn there is a marker and info board for the bridge of boats built by Cromwell's forces who used it to bypass the Royalist forces who had the roads blocked. A lot of history to see and do ... and plenty of places to camp nearby.
@@natureseyemusic Thanks buddy. We had our honeymoon in The Malverns and both love the area. Quite often pop into Worcester when I'm passing nearby. Thanks for the info. Lots to think about for future trips Happy New year. Andy
