- Installation of Harley blinker mirrors on 2009 Fat Bob * Update - after about 5 minutes riding around and using the signals the hyper blinking fixed itself and now blink at a normal pace.

FINALLY!!! someone who shows a video on how wiring is for signal lights.. i want to relocate my signals from my handlebars to the forks.. watching this clarified how the wiring is from the handlebars..thank you !
Thank you for the video. I have a 2013 Fat Bob, these mirrors were installed at the dealer when I got the bike and after 6 years the left side has burned out so I will be replacing it and appreciate this video for us DIY Bikers.

I highly recommend custom dynamics for a load stabilizer. They have modules that can strobe your brake lights too, if you want. All of their systems are plug and play. I added extra lights to my tail end, so I had to some wiring, but it was really straightforward. I love the strobe function.

Hello.. very good video!! I've been looking for that model but just found the one with arrows lights..
I'll add another big thing missed in the video, at 16:18 she shows the wire connect just between the ground and the washer, If you route it like this you WILL BREAK the 22ga mirror wire when you tighen down the acorn nut (the slot on the feed bolt is sharp). It happened on both sides just taking the slack out of the wires back into the harness. I ended up using plastic C washers to create a gap for the mirror wire after soldering new wire onto what was left of the mirror wire. If it snaps too high, you are really screwed as there's no way to get into the mirror (at least that I could find)
To fix hyperblink just turn your hazards on for a min or two and it’ll correct itself.

Wish there was a video for my wideglide. Your wiring for your blinker was separate min blinker wiring only goes the the switch box so theres only about 4 inches of wire I got no clue how to hook these up.
Hi there, I'm John from UK. Your video was great but could I ask is the flasher lit all the time before you switched your right turn button or is it a Luminating lens ? and did you ever sort your flasher to correct your flash sequence and what was the problem.
You can go to any parts store and get resistors for the rapid blink problem. They're like $20

They sell a stabilizer for that plugs in under seat at the module, I had to when converting to LEDs

Did all this not getting any power to mirrors and petrol gauge now 😔, can anyone help the fuses in fuse box look ok are there any others fuses I’m missing ? I’m not even getting a current to the mirrors. 🤷🏼♂️

I just got done installing mine and there's a LOT of things this video doesn't mention (or maybe the kits were better made in 2016). Plan to remove both the throttle, clutch brake assemblies on both sides of the bars. Throw all the connectors away because they are junk and will break off when you stuff them back in the frame. More tips if needed - just ask

What if you want to leave the old blinker too?
If could find that connector that would be the best option. Wire them up like factory.
I got a broken wire up where the acorn nut is ,I replaced it and it's still not working

when installing new lights on a harley, just hold the blinker button down for a minute once turned on
I know this might be old. But I got a 2011 fat bob. Bought a batwing fairing and had to relocate the turn signals. Dealer wanted an insane amount of money, but through your video I was able to do it myself. The windex trick worked really well. Thank you!

It fixed itself on its own.....after a few rides it started working normally.

Omg u didn't explain wat to do with the rest of the wires that were on the switches of on the handle bars. I really fucked this up. Now I gotta find a mechanic... This was a very bad dyi video

Did you wire both sides with their own fuse?
