  • Traditional German recipe! How to cook asparagus with homemade hollandaise sauce! This recipe has been eaten in Germany for over 100 years! One is a tradition and I prepare it at least once every summer! My whole family loves this recipe.
    Preparation - Asparagus with homemade Hollandaise sauce (4 servings)
    15-20 spears of asparagus
    4 pieces of pork
    potatoes
    1 egg
    milk
    breadcrumbs
    vegetable oil, salt, pepper, sugar
    For the hollandaise sauce:
    2 eggs (yolk)
    150g butter
    salt, pepper, lemon juice
