Nice review. I too have the X100vi. Took it to the Swiss Alps last month (March 2024) in some equally snowy conditions. Loved the images I got from it in the snow, but I did not think of using the ND filter to slow the shutter speed and create an even better snow-fall effect. Great tip. I did, however, use the Fuji weather kit/filter for weather resistance and a jjc hood to keep the snow off the lens. Anyway, thanks for the preview.
Wow, amazing shots- especially that last one, you’re right: you nailed the composition! Im looking to get something a little wider for my xe-4 to complement the xf 35mm and worried 18mm might be too wide, the other option is 27mm but that’s so close to 35 that I’m worried it will be a bit of a waste! Decisions decisions…
1:18 What is that color on street phography called ? I like those colors i would like to edit some picture with it but i don't know it's called to search for preset So anyone
I finally have my pre-ordered X100VI. I do also own a Sony A7 IV. My question is: Does the Fuji X100 VI have the Soft Skin Effect, like the Sony A7IV???? Please can you check on it? I can't find it on the X100VI.
Great pictures ! How do you manage to keep 1/1000s in low light with this camera? I'd like to do that too but even at f2 / 6400 isos it doesn't seem doable. Are you raising the isos to the max? Just curious/learning, thanks.
@@juhoclick That's what I would have thought, but you said you were using the X100VI to make the video? So you were repeatedly stopping and starting the video to take the photos?
@@juhoclick presets I was suggesting that if you have a set of presets of your edits you could consider selling the presets . Especially if they are Lightroom presets
are your night pictures/footage graded or is that a film recipe? they looked great edit: nevermind I started exploring your channel and found the video where you explained exactly that haha. Thank you for having that.
Nice takes, but..... What happened to the young, blond girls, so native from that country? It seems to me that the streets are showing age and homeless.
It looks pretty crap in low light. The colours are decent straight out of camera, but what does it matter if you can edit in Lightroom and get the tone you like? I think I'm gonna sell mine and buy a Sony a7c II. It might be that I haven't got the hang of it yet, but I feel like my images look like take with an iPhone from 2015.
20 seconds in, instant subscribe. Beautiful imagery.
So much appreciated!
the snow shots were fire ! glad to see the x100vi beasting through the elements.
Thank you so much!
beautiful photos.
Many thanks!
Looks just like Glasgow! Thanks loved it.
I would love to visit Glasgow!

Have you never weather sealed your camera? I'm traveling to sub zero weather destination with snow so unsure if this camera will do the job or not!
Never have
@juhoclick and what's the lowest temperature you've used it at with no difficulty?
Maybe like -20c, but eventually all cameras will shot down and require some defrosting
The beauty of high-quality high MP cameras. You can crop it to 50mm and still get a high-quality 19MP photo.
That is true!
@@juhoclickthat is if the lens could render 40mp
??
@@juhoclick Watch the video from Tony and Chelsee
Ok I will!
Not sure I'd risk using mine without the filter kit sealing the lens but hey, each to their own. Images look pleasing.
When you live here in the Nordics, you kinda have to take some risks 😂
@@juhoclick guess so. Ebay found me both filter and mount ring thankfully. We have rain but yours looks like a serious test. Anyhow, have fun.
New to your channel. Some of your images are incredible! I love the night shots most but that one of Cafe Java is absolutely phenomenal. Great work!!
Thank you so much! Much appreciated!
I see Helsinki I press like! You have tough life overthrre with this weather. Greetings from Norway!❤😂
Tell me about it 😂 it was already 17’C this week and now this 😂
@@juhoclick Hehe we have snow as well today😓😅😭 sometime 6 months of winter is too long … 😆
Yeah, hopefully it’s gonna be proper spring soon.
Great photos, great video! What recipe did you use for the night shots?
I shot raw! Thank you!
beautiful!!
Thank you!
Hey , any tutorials on how you edit the night photos for the blue tint neon vibe? Do you take photo's raw?
Yeah, I shoot raw. Check out my other videos for tutorials.

I have the same setup. Surprisingly the 23 felt marginally too wide whereas the 27 was bang on perfect. The tt artisan 27mm is a steal
I have heard great things about 27mm! I have 23mm with my X-T4 but I rarely use it to be honest...
I wanna try that 27mm...
@@plusgood15
7Artisans 25mm f/1.8 is even more of a steal :) so good.
very nice work 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you! Cheers!
No idea when my order will come thru, but in the meantime I’m living through your images 😊 Beautiful captures; I can’t wait to do the same!
So nice to hear!
Great shots as always! 🔥
Thanks mate!

What is that color on street phography called ?
I like those colors i would like to edit some picture with it but i don't know it's called to search for preset
So anyone
Maybe try teal and orange? Also check my other videos, I have tutorial for colors like that.
Really good pictures! Did you use any recipe for the stills or are they only edited in post?
Thank you! They were edited in LR.
do you use blackmist filter or cinebloom?
No I dont
Amazing photos and video! I especially love the nighttime colors. Did you edit or use the Fuji simulations? Thanks from a newbie!
Thank you so much! These were shot in raw and edited in Lightroom.

For jpg film sims it does have it I believe

I think it’s just steady hands. Ofc tripod would be optimal.
Wow, very cinematic color!! Did you colorgrading your video? Which simulation?
I color graded it in DaVinci.
Thank you for the swift answer@@juhoclick I alredy subscribed to your channel., because of your beautiful video
Appreciated!
we both have a Volvo and a Fujifilm camera...you got my respect :D
What a combo! 😂
did you have the kit for the lens that makes it "weather-sealed"?
No, nothing.
Excellent video and stills. How did you do the still photographs? Did you take them from the video?
No, they are actual photos
@@juhoclick That's what I would have thought, but you said you were using the X100VI to make the video? So you were repeatedly stopping and starting the video to take the photos?
Yeah. That’s exactly what I did 😂

I mapped a video record button to fn button to make it easier 😂

Yeah, maybe!
Great video. Even greater images, nice work. Quite like the edits too. Self made or do you use other presets as a starting point?
Thank you! I use my own presets for most of these :)
Nice! Just turn the front lever and hold, this toggles the ND filter.
I know, but dont really like that so I swapped it into tue button.

Hehe, thank you! Yes, they are graded, but meaning to explore more of those film sims.
are you using digital teleconversion?
Nope
1/1000 minimum on a 35 mm lens is insane 😂 I could probably catch formula 1 cars with less :p
Haha

Haogen LH-X54W meni omaan X100VI. Tosi hyvin istuu ja ei oo niin bulky ku jotkut muut. Ja tuli Saksan Amazonista alle viikkoon 👌🏻 ps. Hienoja kuvia!
Ok, tota itseasiassa itsekkin ajattelin.
