I believe it is only certain ones that you can. You can scroll through coach passenger views within a consist whilst in the 5 view by pressing "Ctrl +" and "Ctrl -" originally the teaks never had head out views. This is something SSS applied to some.

how do you get the headout view on the teaks? i just get the interior view

The regulator for my copy of the loco does not work when I open it it brakes.
