- Look I'm not sure what I was thinking when I came up with a baked Alaska in the air fryer too but it really does work! The proof of the pudding is in the eating and let me tell you... it's absolutely delicious!

This could work with a brioche bun instead of the hot cross.
We don’t have hot cross buns here in Denmark, I’m thinking croissant perhaps. Brioche too.
I use my air fryer at such a pedestrian level. And then I see this. *Walks to air fryer in shame.

U can use sugar substitute for the merengue, and just a little bit of chocolate cream

I don't know but I just find Airfryers so unsexy 😂 Regardless, I don't roast a lot of stuff nowadays, mainly use my oven for pizza or baking, so I'm not missing out, yet.
