Delicious Eggs and Mushrooms Healthy Breakfast | Grand Recipe

  • You've never had eggs like this. A must try delicious breakfast with eggs and mushrooms.
    Ingredients:
    Eggs - 4
    White button mushrooms - 300g
    Red and Green bell peppers - half each
    Olive oil - 15ml
    Salt - ½ tsp
    Black pepper - ½ tsp
    Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
    Dried thymes - ½ tsp
    Spring onions - 5 stalks
    Shredded cheese - 100g
    For sauce:
    Egg - 1
    Milk - 100ml
    Salt - ½ tsp
    All-purpose flour - 15g
    Process:
    Hard boil 4 eggs.
    Then peel and cut each egg in half. Keep aside for now.
    Cut the mushrooms and keep aside.
    Cut the bell peppers.
    Place a pan on heat.
    Add in 15ml olive oil.
    Add in the bell peppers and sauté for 2 minutes.
    Then add in the mushrooms and stir.
    Mushrooms will release water. Leave to cook until the water evaporates.
    In the meantime make the sauce. Crack one egg into a bowl and whisk.
    Add 100ml milk.
    Add ½ salt.
    Add 15g all-purpose flour.
    Mix.
    Back to the mushrooms. When the water has evaporated, add in the sauce.
    Place the boiled eggs on top.
    Sprinkle on ½ salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, dried thymes, spring onions and cheese.
    Put the lid on and leave to cook until the cheese melts.
    Then dish out and enjoy.
