@BKNY FINEST open wastegate with an electronic boost controller. Essentially the boost is "fluttering" to keep target boost. Get a manual boost controller to rid the breakup noise.
If you don't already know, you might want to get a Yashio factory water pump pulley for your S15 before you start upping the power, theyre a larger diameter and increase water flow- that info comes frm a youtubr called Sammit who rolls with Yashio factory in JP- well worth checking out the SR gods.
