- Hello - here's a little how-to video about adding WiFi and also Bluetooth to your desktop computer by adding an expansion card into a spare PCIe slot. I show you how to check for a spare space, and make your computer ready for an upgrade.

I have an ASUS Z690-A and both pci-e just below the GPU slot. Pretty much useless if you think about it. I have a 4 slot GPU and completely blocked off those slots. Asus didn't think this thru, especially for their non-wifi/bt boards.

Need Help. I installed bluetooth USB cable and driver correctly on Windows 10 PC. But it can't find any BT headphone. I can connect WIFI N to my phone at 75mbps, Signal strength full 5 bars.
Your phone might well be limiting throughput, can’t help with the Bluetooth issue

Depends on the router - it’s usually 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1

It would be fine.. but WiFi is never the best for gaming.
What if their isnt space because the graphics card is blocking the slot?
Not much you can do sadly aside from upgrading your motherboard.

You plug in the pcie card into the mobo, theres a separate cable you can connect the pcie card to the mobo if you would like bluetooth

Sorry. Can’t help. If Windows doesn’t recognise it and install it automatically it might be a faulty card.
Can i create a 6ghz wifi network using that? a hotspot i mean, im going to try to use it to connect my quest 2 to my pc

I just got a card loke this and installed it, also attached the cable and installed drivers. Bluetooth shows up now, but when I try to connect any devices, no devices show up in there? It just doesnt find any? Do you know how to fix this?
