Dr. Sherene Idriss just did a review on this product and said the cream version of the sunscreen is preferred because you need 3-4 swipes of stick version to get the same amount of coverage :).
Yes and my concern is the amount of influencers and other beauty insiders using powder sunscreens and other sunscreen without a UV light camera/test. It’s unscientific. (Love you sarah btw)
She actually used up to 12 swipes to get to the same amount of coverage the cream gives. I think this should only be used as reapplication sunscreen, not a primary one.
I have a couple of times, but all of those times I had been in the sun by the beach the whole day. So important to reapply after heavy sun exposure, and especially by the water, since the light reflects off and you get tons more UV than otherwise
Really? So many Korean friends of mine recommended it! I remember the first time I heard of it my friend had bought like this gigantic kit costing like $400 for her grandma in 2016. Thats so strange!
Hm idk, best way to apply is still individually with fingers, the stick will just run all the bacteria from your face and reapplying it over and over you might get acne or bacteria will just respread all over the face. It’s contamination issue here

How did you apply it to your eyes, especially with eye shadow on? Also, does the amount of makeup play a role? I saw another UA-camr who use it with makeup and it transferred.
It will remove makeup and clumps a little but I will say when you put it on you literally feel like you didn’t apply it but it’s there I can tell it’s their only because my skin looks matte
Yes and even indoors, the UV rays from the sun are powerful enough to penetrate inside. I find the sun super blinding when it reflects off the snow, but I’m from Canada so I may be experiencing more snow lol
@@karisbish I am redhair so I am super carefull with the sun, reapply every 2 hours. But I just wanna tell you if you are indoors next to a window in a sunny house, ok. If there is snow outside and a window ok. But if you are indoors, really indoors, and you don't have a window next to you, you are using artificial light and have little contact with sun, it's not necessary to reaply every 2 hours. Too much sunscreen can cause skin aging, as much as too little. I am not talking about reaplying 3 to 4 times a day, but reapplying lets say 8 times a day ( which would be the average if you apply it indoors) The chemicals of sunscreen can be harsh on the skin if the skin is constantly having to deal with an overload of it. It loses sthrenght , it loses its capacity to fight against bacteria, and it deteriorates quicker. This happens if you go too far like applying 8 or 9 times a day. I am in total favour of going crazy with the sunscreen an applying in daily religiously and at midnay and afternoon too. But if you go too crazy with it, it can have a harmful effect. When I was a teen as a redhair I hated freckles I was applying sunscreen constantly. My skin didn't look good. A dermatologist told me to let the skin breathe a bit and it got so much better.

To get your eyes to look at the sun is so important because amazingly is good for skin too.
