It's time to talk about the time my ovarian cyst RUPTURED with the help of the keto diet! As many of you know, I have PCOS and I've been struggling with weight loss so I went on the keto diet to try and shed some weight BUT ALSO hopefully heal some of the symptoms I've been getting with PCOS including painful ovarian cysts. One of keto's side effects is constipation and it was something I was not prepared for but it definitely irritated my existing ovarian cyst and that landed me in the hospital! What can I say? Feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I used what discussed the other day, well, it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish.
