I only had two and tbis was before i watched shann videos but the second one i felt the symptoms coming and thought ' oh shit its coming again' . you may think how would i of know it was coming and to answer that its simple....you dont forget something like that.
So when it happened or was going to happen on sat that on floor of my room and let it happen. For some reason it passed way more quicker because i didnt hehe panic and i just went through the motions.
I let myself go and oddly it felt right to do so. Maybe i was lucky or maybe i knew what yo do.

I could do this a few years ago. But now I can't. No panic for a long time and then when it comes back, it's so hard. I get this weird symptom where I can't swallow, because my tongue won't cooperate. Also my tongue will feel stiff and painful. I am afraid I might hurt it. But even if I can still swallow, I find the adrenaline rush feels like just too much. And I have known this info for years, I am just not brave enough.

The only thing that stop me from joing mentorship and going to therapist is that i can't afford it. I really can't. Btw, my first panic attack start when i drink coffee jelly in the morning or afternoon and drink a bit of alcohol the night after and boom! 😂 chest tighten, heart pound so loud you feel and hear it so much, your hands start shaking and your mouth too, your feet and hand feels cold and tingling and you can't breath. Then it follows another and another and another. Now, i decided i want to put an end to it. YOU ARE SO BRAVE FOR LETTING IT HAPPEN even when your feeling it's scary physical symptoms. I wish i could afford seeking therapist or even joining mentorship. Because i badly wanted to go out of our house but i can't my cause my last panic attack happen when i was outside walking to get home. 😅 Now, when im outside i get dry mouth and it's hard to swallow which then i started to get panic.

I can never find my own thoughts during them and my days in between attacks are just filled with anxiety. Looks like you have healthy anxiety.. 1st thing you can do is get a clean bill of health.. mine also started a month and a half ago with a health scare.. after that incident i developes health anxiwty..m not knowing anxiety comes with physical symptoms i thought these palpatations chest pain chest tightnesss heart pounding and fast heart was my 1st symptoms.. now that i know how to react to them by letting them be i developed other symptoms such as headaches dizziness brain zaps different parts & pressure all around my head throat sensations like lump in throat and chocking sensation those new ones threw me off and got me back in the panic cycle and heigjtened my anixety that i had panic attacks twice a week.. dont think so much about your symptoms just let them be.... our bodies are sensitized and the only way we can do is respond to them currectly and accept them dont fear them just let them be...you're not alone ❤❤ I'm there with you!

In the last few months this anxiety got worse, even if a specific moment ended and I would feel relief my brain would quickly remind me of my anxiety and I’d gain it all back in seconds. It’s getting really hard to cope with. Any tips?

I completely understand letting it happen, but my fear of letting it happen is me going to faint or pass out and that’s what I’m so scared of😕
I’ve always been a somewhat anxious person, but this only happened after I smoked weed after being an avid smoker, i went into a panic attack for a hour or so. It went away I went home slept it off, felt kind of weird the next day but overall fine.
I couldn’t get myself to smoke anymore but I craved it kind of, I would take a small hit, of anything joint, bong, blunt whatever and would instantly go into this slight panic, it would wear off and then I could continue smoking normally until I got a decent high. I did this until I was able to casually smoke again, but every so often I would smoke and get a little too high and it would kick in, and then I’d have to abort the scene and go chill out by myself. Then eventually I quit for good, one day I was drinking feeling great (not a drinker at all, but since I quit weed, and when I wanted to unwind with the homies or whatever I would drink a little bit) this particular night I felt like smoking so bad. Now I knew I shouldn’t have but I figured since I was already a little tipsy, snd in such a great state of mind i would be able to conquer it, but nope! Had a severe panic attack for around 6 hours, it was heightened for around 2 hours and the other 4 hours were just in and out , after that I got stuck in the loop.
Months after that I was hopeless, I somewhat got better, but now it’s just a battle of living my normal life. Any sort of discomfort or slight unease, boom I go into this panic. But my main fear when panicking is passing out and fainting. It’s so bad that the one time I went to get a check up I couldn’t even do it.

It’s impossible too pass out the panic reaction increases your blood pressure actually preventing you from passing out. It’s your body’s way of dealing with a threat if a threat was really present your panic attacks “ alarm system “ would not make you pass out rather prepare you to fight or run. There is no real threat face the panic and ask it to make you pass out once you realise you don’t pass out you’ll loose that fear after a few tries 👍

Do you have videos that talk about what happens after a panic attack?
I’ve been recovering for about a year now. Before I would be having panic attacks daily so I just always felt horrible…. I haven’t had a panic attack in I don’t even know how long. I have myself only dealing with one anxiety symptom currently and feeling amazing and free…. Today I was out and about enjoying my life when out of no where came a panic attack. I responded ok I guess, wasn’t perfect but the attack only lasted maybe 5 seconds and then was gone… but then 5 minutes later I got hit with brain fog and extreme tiredness. I’m thinking man I haven’t felt this way in so long how weird. Must be my body burning off cortisol and Andrenaline. I mean do I continue on with my life and respond the same way to the after effects?
