Yeah the minute I heard a little kid screaming at the beginning I turned it off

You will be getting it back to repair again or someone else will. Fuses dont blow for no reason. Why did it blow? You will need to find the reason

They changed the radio they might mess up some wires thats the only info he give it to me and so far the owner didnt call back

This fixed my problem. the wires were shorting out I fixed the harness no more blown fuses.
