Nice vid, thanks. Bear in mind though, that if you hook a Dosatron up to the mains water here in the UK, you will need to add a WRAS approved check valve on the cold feed side of the Dosatron 👍 Only another few pounds
@@completeexteriorcleaningse750 I use a wheelie bin with a tap in the bottom and all measured on the inside, then hook it up to the Clarke Stainless Steel pump @ 60LPM and job done in an hour.
The video I’ve been waiting for!! Thanks dave! So does the dosatron just work off the tap pressure and you get the right mix through your hose on the outlet? That’s ingenious!
Hi Chris I’ve only just found this comment so you probably know the answer by now but if not yes you are right. It mixes off the tap pressure and comes out mixed 👍

Great piece of inventive DIY there Dave, great work mate! Thanks for sharing too. :oD I wondered if you had any thoughts or cold maybe do a follow up video now you’ve been using your Ionics Constant Flow system for gutter and sofit washing for over a year. Any thoughts, How’s it held up? Would you buy it again? Curious, as I really respect your opinion and I’m looking in to getting into this now too. Cheers from another Dave :oD
🤣🤣🤣I’m just about to send it back to Ionics as it’s broken down. When it’s working it’s a great piece of kit when it’s working but over priced. Think I would recommend a backpack

Thanks Bud👍
great video, going to give it a go Dave....
Go for it Shaun. It’s really easy 👍
Hi dave what percentage do you set it to for most jobs
20:1
Great Build Dave what do think about putting Hypo through it as I don't really use Biocide anymore 🤔
You need a different Dosatron for hypo which is about twice the price
@@squeakycleandave1 ahhh ok cheers backpack for me then LOL

Very nice, where did you get the bracket for the dosatron to the box, I bought my dosatron and it had no bracket. Thanks
Mine came with the bracket. You should ring the supplier and tell them it was missing
Hi dave. Just wondering if you still use this 2 years on? How has it held up?
Thanks
Yes I Still use it. I don't do a lot of roofs now but there are a few that have been scrapped a few years ago that need re treating that im doing.

All the cost are in the description below the video but I think it’s around £500
Great video Dave, how about building a 12v chemical pump in a box next?🤩
Don’t think I can afford to build anything else for a while 😁
How about I supply all the parts. Win win

@@squeakycleandave1 Thanks very much mate. Very helpful indeed!
Hi was there any space left in the box to fit a small tank?
It would have to be a very small one but they do sell other sized boxes
Cheers dave, I've built it all good...how do you set the water pressure valve to not exceed the 6bar for dosatron? Thanks
Great job Dave, did you check out the app 👍 keep safe
Not yet I haven’t but I will have a look. I tend to only use biocide though 👍
Hi Dave can you send me the links for the dosatron and all the parts thanks mate
They are all in the description below the video
Found them thanks for getting back to me
A great build video Dave, well made. Lick on the clink
