Doesn't work that way. Considering there have been those convicted, the fact that these people played less of a role helped them. But the accusation is fact and that has been adjudicated already. So move on.
@@boilerbuzz You have it so backward. Criminal accusations are not fact. The accused are not guilty until proven innocent. They are "presumed innocent until proven guilty". Their acquittal means the prosecutor failed to prove to the jury the accusations that those men helped. That is a FACT. Your anger is apparent . . . So move on.
There was already other people that were convicted and found guilty with the plan to kidnap the Governor. The people in this video were implicated and were said to have been involved in those crimes, so they were charged based on that evidence and subsequently found not guilty by a group of randomly selected peers, aka jurors.
Before that, a group of randomly selected peers (Grand Jury) were also the ones who decided that there was enough evidence to bring these charges to trial for a conviction.
This didn’t happen in a vacuum and they were indeed part of a plot to kidnap a governor. They just weren’t found guilty of the crimes that had been presented in court.

If they had plead not guilty like these 3 and the 2 before them, they would have been let off as well. 70% involved in this whole deal were FBI undercover agents. None of this would have happened if it weren’t for the FBI. They created it, planned it, and set these poor dummies up.
