    Mike, I really enjoyed watching your show locally here in San Diego. It was the local PBS station that would air it and I never missed an episode. The style of the show, your extensive background as a chef. Along with the solid relationship you have with all the restaurants and chefs you covered.. I found to be very informative and entertaining. And of course, the food wasn't half bad. I also, enjoyed your Mike Colameco's "One Minute Bites". I hope that you will be coming out with something new soon.

    I went last night and had the hanger steak from this video. It was excellent. My partner had the rib steak which was excellent as well.
    The himachi and scallop apps were excellent as well. Enjoy.

    I had the pleasure of eating dinner here during my first visit to NYC in May 2013. I filet mignon, parmesan fries, vodka tonic....I had my first food orgasm. Almost a month later - I still dream about my filet. Can't miss place.

    can you go to Phoenix, Arizona or Washington State, I remember back in 2001 I applied to work a Hunters Steak House in Phoenix, Arizona near the Metro Center Mall. I have over five years in the food industry worked at LUCIANO'S​, SHINNIGANS, KATIE DOWNS.....in Tacoma, Washington to name a few ......some times even working at two of those places at the same time.

    Mike, I love your videos, but the hair, hummmm, the hair got to go, we are not young anymore and somehow doesn't cut it while you are filming, the rest is good

    I have watched a couple of these videos and I cannot understand why he is dressed in a t-shirt. He looks like he doesn't belong in a great restaurant as this. Why?
