Did Aaron just say yesss, queen? He is cracking me up this morning. Laura, you balance that negativity with such a positive love of all those plants. Thank you for taking us along with you!
I’m cracking up at the banter between Laura and Aaron in this video……I think we’re seeing more of Aaron’s true personality and their relationship which is great!!😂😂😂😂😂
I never thought I would ever hear the phrase "YASSS, QUEEN" come out of Aaron's mouth 😂. He's full of personality in this video. I kind of agree with his opinion on the philodendron ( I haven't seen a ring of fire that look like that before) and the hellebores.
So there I was thinking what an awesome plant enabler Aaron is and then he started acting like a "normal" husband! "Oh that's the worst possible idea"... But then if you are going to give it to Mom, he sees light at the end of the tunnel. That container and those hellebores are A-mazing! What beautiful subtle colors.
YES QUEEN! Loved watching Aaron's personality shine today. Also, after watching this, my local nurseries need to step up their game. Such beautiful displays and Plant selections. One jealous girl right here.
It will be Lovely! Lovely! > Unless.....she is going to ADD that Lemon Cypress ! ugh. Unnecessary and way too much. Just saying..... That l o n g metal pot..... does Not need the height....let our eyes flow ...from side to side, not up.
Ahhhh thanks, I needed to tour a greenhouse. Contrast shopping with Aaron compared to your Mom, not once did I hear him say “so pretty!” 🤣 Aaron’s reactions to Laura’s plant choices had me laughing out loud. Thanks for taking us along!
It's a very loved hybrid agave. You can find them for about $25 here in the south, and the philodendron ring of fire had to be imported just a few years ago. You can find them for about $20 at big box stores now. That pink color isn't normal, though. It's sun stressing.
Oh my gosh!! I thought it was edited in, like a picture of him from when they were first married!!! If I had a style that made me look like that it would be on DAILY!!!
Can I just say how absolutely fun Aaron is! OMGOODNESS, he was making me chuckle!!! I am currently in a major storm in my life, and smiles and chuckles are priceless 😊
Can’t listen to the helibore haters! 😂 I adore the contrast between Laura and Aaron. I am definitely a Laura but can appreciate the balance and fun Aaron brings. Thanks for bringing him and shaking things up!!
So nice to see Aaron’s handsome face without a cap. I love your winter nursery trips because where I live the nurseries basically close down for the winter.
😂 Im not even done watching the video and had to jump on because I am dying over Aaron’s comment!! “Looks like it needs to be in the sick bay!!” 😂😂😂 Looks like a fun day you two!! ❤
Thanks for “taking me along” on your trip to the different garden centers. I love how excited you get about things. It’s funny how Aaron reacts to some of your choices., but how accepting he truly is. What a good guy! You are a great teacher and such an inspiration to me. Thanks for sharing your knowledge
Really enjoy seeing Aaron more and more in the videos. Laura be like," Oh Aaron look at this!" " Aaron! How tall does it get? 😊 Thank you both for letting us all tag along.
Monkey Puzzle at 13:00. Bought a 3 ft tall one while visiting family in New Orleans 5-8 years ago. Transported it back to Bluffton, SC and planted it in the ground. It is a beautiful pyramidal shaped tree that has grown to over 20 feet. Mine originally looked skinny like the one you saw.
@@annehedlund7333North Carolina Extension Gardener Plant Toobox has a good article. Google Monkey Puzzle tree and this site should come up. Tree is hardy zone 7-10.
Thank you for taking us with you! Always so much fun and fun to see Aaron's perspective. 😅 thanks for sharing your deep rooted joy with us. It's infectious. Merry Christmas! 💚❤
Fun day! I love your banter with each other. Then there are the three garden cats each just so adorable and so lovable 🤗😍😘 Cheddar hanging out in the back of the gator, 😂❤
Hi Laura and Aaron! What a fun day with you two! Aaron, love the sass, and I agree, the philodendron looked sickly. The common names for the wire vine ribbon and curls are centipede plant, tapeworm plant or ribbonbush for those that are curious. Thank you so much for sharing!
It is cute Laura trying to convince us that Aaron loves shopping too. "He actually loves to look at all the color." I was laughing like I was there...OMGosh.
OH, I loved those Nursery’s. I might have to make a 6-8 hour trip up to Boise to that first one. I could walk around in there all day. Then head to your mom’s place. What fun that would be for me. I thoroughly enjoyed this video. YES for More like these! I love the darling banter (if thats what you would call it) between you and Aaron. I am also so rejoiced that it’s NOT just my husband and I that do this. I sure feel like it sometimes. So I got a good chuckle out of you two. Your both my favorite peoples on You-Tube. Or any social media for that matter. You and I have so many things in common, I can imagine we’d be great friends if I lived up there.
That huge jade plant in bloom! Here in So Cal it’s a garden staple. Childhood mischief: Used to cut the leaves off and imbed rose thorns before scattering them on the sidewalk to entertain ourselves when they stuck to pedestrians’ shoes. Silly kids!
I hardly recognized Aaron without a cap on! I love how Aaron and Laura are honest to the core with each other whilst inserting humor. Azaleas are in the genus Rhododendron family, zones 3-8. There's also some repeat bloomers. They would look gorgeous in your landscape!
LOVE IT!!! I love to see it when you two visit greenhouses together and see what each of you like and your thoughts. I like to see what Aaron likes and dislikes.
Can you do a video for us on Air Plants ? What they are and how to care for them 😊Always enjoy shopping days with you and Arron and your mom and sister 😊
Love the 50% off vessel. That was a good choice. I appreciate Aaron’s opinions. At first impression, not knowing it is “a new or different” philodendron, the Ring of Fire does look sick compared to the common rich green philodendrons. Totally get why that was his impression. I am in his camp, I prefer evergreens, trees and shrubs over house plants; but he loves to make Laura’s dreams come true. That is why We love Aaron!! There would be no GA without Aaron!! Thanks for the trip!!
Wow, I’ve not laughed at your videos so much before. Aaron was keeping it real!!!! I like the fact he speaks his mind and tells you his truth. It shows he’s interested and engaged. And if he doesn’t agree he won’t stop you going for it. Did you end up buying two of the containers? You said your mum would love the hellebore combination.
Well, you know I had to look up the common name for the wire vine ribbons and curls plant! 😂🤣 I don’t think I’ve laughed so hard in awhile - your and Aaron’s interactions were priceless! It must be true love when a date includes shopping for plants. 💞 🪴 You found such beautiful things and I can’t wait to see them potted up. Thank you for taking us along!!
What wonderful places! It would be hard not to bring everything home. Wish we all had a place like that close by to wander through in the winter to feed our garden soul 😊 thank you for sharing.
Love Aaron’s “sick bay” comment 😆. Like a kid in a candy store, that’s Laura in a garden center. Ours are all closed now for winter so this is most enjoyable to watch, thanks for taking us along!
Aaron was so funny in this video. "Yaass queen" I'm so glad you ignored the hellebore hater. I'm looking forward to see you put together that beautiful container with such a wonderful winter combination.
Another great video. Aarons' comment "Yass Queen" had me in stitches. A beautiful selection of plants for the pot you bought. Love the colour and texture on the Erica. The succulents are so cute too. Thank you for sharing 💖💖😃😃
Think of what those poinsettias and white accent plants would all look like right now in your moms home with all those white walls at the moment! I just saw the lovely video of your mom and dad’s home! Thank you for showing us. It’s absolutely wonderful.
This is one of my all-time FAVORITE Laura and Aaron videos, EVER!!! I laughed SO hard that my eyes watered. You two are an absolute delight. My fav…Yaaaaaas Queen! I swear I just can't 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣💜💜💜💜 Love, hugs, blessings and a VERY Merry Christmas to everyone!!
BTW Laura. I think you need that slender fountain with the lady. She would be beautiful in your flower shed. Or tucked into any of your patio/seating spaces.
What a fun video. Lots of beautiful plants... both in the greenhouses and the ones that got to come live with you. Thank you for sharing your day out!♡
I LOVE that log with ferns growing out of the knot holes! I have a Staghorn fern I that I’ve been wanting to mount on some wood and the knothole is so clever 🥰
Aaron is the “iron guy,” so yellow plants immediately make him think of iron deficiency. Love that he kinda came around with one of the gorgeous yellow plants.

I nearly spit my coffee out when Aaron said "Yas Queen!" Thank you for taking us along on your shopping trips.
😂😂😂…my face and neck hurts from laughing so hard…priceless!
It absolutely made my day 😂! Love this type of video ❤
As a gay man, I approve of this "Yas, queen." Slay, Aaron. Slay.
Did Aaron just say yesss, queen? He is cracking me up this morning.
Laura, you balance that negativity with such a positive love of all those plants. Thank you for taking us along with you!
Aaron, you made me laugh aloud at your sick bay comment. The contrast with Laura’s excitement is delightful.
😂😂😂
I have to agree with Aaron on this one lol 🫣
You can tell Aaron and Laura just love spending time together. Being married to your best friend is a blessing❤
I’m cracking up at the banter between Laura and Aaron in this video……I think we’re seeing more of Aaron’s true personality and their relationship which is great!!😂😂😂😂😂
Aaron is feeling sassy! I was cracking up!
❤
Laura: “I LOVE this!”
Aaron: “…that looks like it should go straight in the “sick-bay” area of the greenhouse…”
I agree with him. 🤣
"But, it is great."💚
I’m living for the sass Aaron is just throwing at Laura😂
Extra sass😂
This was great. Always love Aaron’s tongue-in-cheek commentary. ❤️🤣🤣
I'd love to be a sticky-beak and see what items were paid for on the receipt
I never thought I would ever hear the phrase "YASSS, QUEEN" come out of Aaron's mouth 😂. He's full of personality in this video. I kind of agree with his opinion on the philodendron ( I haven't seen a ring of fire that look like that before) and the hellebores.
Aaron is absolutely hilarious today! That is the most hideous plant i have ever seen...yes Queen...I am cracking up! 😂😂😂😂 Love this! Hugs from N.C..❤
Bahaha that cracked me up too
Someone just let up a little today and threw in some " fighting words"! LOVED every second
OHHH MYYY. They entire hellebore conversation. Yaaaaasss quuueen from Aaron, I spit my coffee. Love you guys!!

Absolutely take us along!!❤❤❤
Or any other antique or unique stores/shops.

It fills our cup! 😁♥️
Exactly! I don't care if its for pot saucers....we want to see LOL😄😄
I love Laura's eye for color and arrangements. That 2 second staging of the container with hellebore, heather and heucheras is absolute magic!
It will be Lovely! Lovely! > Unless.....she is going to ADD that Lemon Cypress ! ugh. Unnecessary and way too much. Just saying.....

Love the plants Laura...but I got to say this......FORTY DOLLARS!!! for that tiny succulent 😮
I gasped at the $90 philodendron that she casually grabbed
I couldn't pay attention to the rest of the video after I saw that. I just kept thinking "if that is $40, how much is everything else?"
It's a very loved hybrid agave. You can find them for about $25 here in the south, and the philodendron ring of fire had to be imported just a few years ago. You can find them for about $20 at big box stores now. That pink color isn't normal, though. It's sun stressing.
What a fun trip! I don’t think I’ve ever seen Aaron without a cap. At first I was like “who is this guy?” 😂
I had the exact same thought when I saw the thumb nail!
LOL. I thought maybe just me. 😂
Same, and I thought he looked thinner. NOT that he was heavy, we just don’t see him standing as much as sitting durning videos.
Oh my gosh!! I thought it was edited in, like a picture of him from when they were first married!!! If I had a style that made me look like that it would be on DAILY!!!
Like his hair
Can I just say how absolutely fun Aaron is! OMGOODNESS, he was making me chuckle!!! I am currently in a major storm in my life, and smiles and chuckles are priceless 😊

When Aaron said "Yass Queen", that just made my day!!!
Aaron saying Yass Queen was the ultimate highlight
All fur babies accounted for in one video! Love to see them. The new plants were beautiful. Nice shopping day.
Loving the sick bay area comment Aaron. Star Trek fan? Lordy, that yaas Queen. Aaron is hilarious 😂😂😂.

Laura is like a kid in a toy store at the nursery. I would be the same , love it!
You two are so fun!
You seriously need to try some azaleas in the Hartley! And some orchids!!
I love that every shopping trip includes lunch or dinner. It was always my favorite thing. You bought some beauties. 😊
I never ever seen Garden Centers like these. I could spend all day. Just Wow.
It’s easy to see why you and Aaron are married! Y’all make a great team and have such a great dynamic! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Is this the first time we've seen Aaron without hat or sunglasses??? Cutie! This video was fun to watch. The banter between you two was delightful.
