Chopped tomatoes on top along the cilantro/onion... so a green salsa pairs well visually too. Fat from the meat helps to “cook” the corn tortilla, making them hard and crunchy... the 75/25 ground meat is ideal. Actually a dinner around these require a buffet of different salsas to combine the “picadillo tacos” Just planning, preparation and these work well. Nice, and thanks
Looks 🔥! I would've put a light layer of cheese between the meat & tortillas to help it stick to that tortillas & also put some of that flavor sauce on the taco after it was folded for that extra 🤌! Thanks for the inspiration!
