How to Make the VIRAL Big Mac Tacos | Smash Burger Tacos on The Traeger Flatrock Griddle

- Why choose between burgers and tacos when you can have the best of both worlds? These Big Mac Tacos combine a juicy burger patty, creamy All American Burger Sauce, and a crispy tortilla for one thrilling culinary experience.
If you’re on social media, chances are, you’ve seen the viral Big Mac Taco trend. I added my own flair to this fad, taking it up a notch. I added a homemade sauce, fresh garnishes, and cooked the recipe on one of my favorite flat top grills.

Ingredients:
• Ground Beef
• Tortillas
• Ketchup
• Mustard
• Mayo
• The W Sauce
• Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
• Onion
• Lettuce
• American Cheese
Burger Sauce:
• 2 tbsp Ketchup
• 1 tbsp Mustard
• 3-4 tbsp Mayonnaise
• Chopped Pickles
• 2 tbsp The W Sauce
• 1-2 tbsp Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub
Directions:
1. Flatten ground beef on tortillas
2. Make burger sauce with the ingredients above.
3. Season flattened ground beef patties with Heath Riles BBQ Beef Rub.
4. Place ground beef on the Traeger Flatrock meat side down. Cook for a few minutes and flip.
5. Once you flip, add cheese and let it melt.
6. Remove burgers from the grill.
7. Dress your burger tacos.

The real secret to Big Mac sauce... Tartar sauce. Recently I had Big Mac sauce side by side with Long John Silver/Captain D's tartar sauce and the difference is ketchup. Most people make a "fry sauce" with pickles (which includes mustard) but I would hold the mustard and add creamy horseradish instead. You'll also see recipes with Dijon mustard which is mustard and horseradish. I'd call this Big Heath sauce! And the beef rub takes this to the next level!
Dijon Mustard is not mustard with horseradish. I don't have a clue why you'd make that assumption. Here in Europe it's the strongest/spiciest in the mustard flavored way, because it's the kind of mustard that's grinded the finest and smoothest. For it to be Dijon mustard and not just a fine mustard they ad white wine, salt and vinegar, that's the Dijon part of it. You can't call it Dijon mustard unless you ad white wine, salt and vinegar. If someone's made some kind of mustard in America with horseradish and called it Dijon I have no idea, but those two things have nothing to do with each other. I personally would love a mustard with horseradish but I'd be very annoyed if I got that instead of real Dijon mustard XD

Add two patties if you like. Didn't want to overstuff the taco. If you've seen the trend online, this is how it's done. Just put my twist on it.
