I absolutely loved this video, he explained everything I needed to know in order to understand and follow without my even knowing this, consciously anyway. Thank you for the question. I suggest playing with your breath and gate.
A good start is 3 steps per inhale and 3 per exhale. Then adjust the number of steps and length of breathe until it “feels” right.
It can vary much day to day!
