Right on brother I got a 1952 Chevrolet truck numbers matching all original that I'm doing right now and I mean all original down to the axle seals that I just replaced they were leather!! The bottom end is still stock it measured out correctly as far as specs I still have the b cell radiator copper top as they say 216 Babbitt rod replace valve springs regrinded the head myself pushing 120 PSI down to 105 PSI on the lowest cylinder Rochester model b carb three window get about 27 mi to gallon believe it or not if I keep my foot out of it. Going to keep it 6 volt because it does well on the 6 volt system rebuilt starter and I also rebuilt the generator somewhere in the shop I have the original radio just replace the heater which was bought in 56 it has a 55 distributor that was put on by the original owner I am the second owner so it's cool to see a really nice truck with some really great metal work I would like to get mine lower with the factory frame but without see notch and it's almost impossible due to the fact that the axillary comes above the leaves I did cheat and hid a 12 volt battery to run the heater on a hidden switch and haven't had any issues over running the heater motor as far as voltage goes but I do live in Texas so he only need it for like 2 months out of the year. Really nice build man keep them coming
I have a 53 Chevy truck I bought a 2001 s10 pick up the Decoto 504 frame kit in it I may have to throw my truck in the trash after looking at yours good-looking truck
That truck is cool! It has the right stance. I'm with you on the torque thrusts, they are a classic and look great on the truck. I'm subbed because I enjoy your videos and like the same cars as you. I do think that the brake calipers would look just fine without "corvette" written on them. Looking forward to your next video.
Your truck is "on point" TWA! Have the entire engine compartment re done. Throw a Corvette LS1 (rewired), a new radiator, and forget about the bed floor. That floorless bed is definitely the focal point on this truck! Sub me in! 🔔
Real badass ive always been a fan of the old school chevys
Thank you. Me too😁
I got a 49' chevy 3600

Thank you. If I had it to do over I probably would do a s10 swap.
@@TWAMotorsports I know she said you didn't really think to do another S10 frame is that because you think it frames a little weak for the engine
@@yogishicksville2789 I like the s10 frame for its newer technology and multiple upgrade options. Both are strong enough.
I'm getting a'52. What year S10 is best?4x4 better?
2wd. Newer the better

What work? He hires it out.
@@thomasjefferson5727 just the welding
.....and body work, suspension, upholstery, that's what you said in video.
What kind of steering column is it? Sweet truck and no bags?
It's from a chevy van. No bags. Static drop
@@TWAMotorsports did it come straight from a Chevy van and straight into tmyour truck? What mods need to be done? I'm stock right now
@@agathry3815 pretty much
How did anyone give this video a dislike?
Lol. It happens
@@TWAMotorsports well it shouldn’t. Badass truck. Don’t see how anyone couldn’t appreciate it.
Thank you. It's my favorite
would you happen to know what the offset is for the wheels.
Should be link in video description. Standard s10 offset
What tires you running?
Think I linked them in video description
Beautifull . S10 frame?
Thank you. No stock frame. Subframed in front
@@TWAMotorsports subframe?
Subframe from g body installed on front. Pretty common practice on these before s10 frames
Now this is the truth!
How’s the fit in the cab ?. I’m 6”3 thinking of getting one
Its actually pretty roomy with the right seat.
👍
Where did you get the suspension done at
Local race car guy. I don't think he does it anymore
Do you recall about how much you ended up spending on getting the seat redone?
I think around 350
