Resin version is bang for the buck, while black metal bracelets are my favourite..
Is it true the watch beeps for 10 seconds after the countdown reaches zero? That's a deal breaker for me, I would prefer 1 or 2 short beeps for "Pomodoro Focus sessions"

It's a nice option if you like Casio watches (with a timer) but don't want a large square. My only complaint is about the bracelet and related to my small 6.25 in wrist. It isn't very flexible and doesn't contour as easily as other cheap, metal Casio bracelets I have.

I have the all black version with the orange backlight. I actually like this more than my GW-B5600 because it’s perfectly sized for my small wrists and works well in just about any environment. It’s pretty much invisible until I need to see the time.
How cool would it be if Casio release a watch in the future which has a design similar to this one and ONLY have the time function. No alarm no stop watch. Nothing! Just a beautiful lume light and time and date. And have the battery last for 15-20 years. Now that would be a watch everyone would need to have in there collection

3:36 - I believe it's only up to 2039 on this module (at least that's how far the Auto Calendar is programmed to.. ) ? If it's going up to 2099 while no longer being "auto" (thus showing the incorrect dates) starting with 2040, idk..
You are wrong. While there is an error on some Casio websites about 2039, it's actually 2099. And the only reason for that is because of two digits. This watch can auto-calendar from 2000 - 2099, or 00-99.
Thank you for this video. When I tried to set the day of the week it was a number not Mo, Tu, wed, etc. I didn't know why it was a number but now I do. It has to do with the year. I don't know if the watch is set to the correct year or not but I cycled through till I got to 1 and then just kept pressing the button until I got to the correct day of the week. The manual I downloaded from web does not explain it like this. unless this manual is not the full manual and that's why. It's the only manual I found. But now that I know that the day of the week is connected to the year I think I can set the watch even if it's not the correct year. Thanks.

If they are without batteries they will not work and therefore nothing gets worn down, so they should all be good. But leaving a dead battery in a watch will make it leak and that can destroy a watch

Very good contrast but small display. Also not very good accuracy, especially compared to my Casio W-201, which (believe it or not) gained only 2 seconds a year!
I wish more watches had a recessed adjust button like this one. It's a requirement for me as I tend to press buttons unknowingly during various activities. This is one of very few current non-g casios with this feature (besides W740, DW290 and W202). If anyone knows any other digital watches with a recessed adjust button, I would be glad to hear about it.
Yeah, thanks, I know about those. Pretty much all g-shocks have recessed buttons in one way or another. I just prefer non-g casios because they're generaly less bulky. But it seems casio intentionally puts exposed and easily pressed adjust buttons on those. That's a huge usability issue. I don't know why they do that, maybe to increase g-shock sales.
I have this exact model, it's a nice retro design. I though it had an even simpler module as it was very cheap. The dual led light and the bracelet is nice, but beware this watch is tiny!
It would've been perfect to have the alarm set per weekday.. It's how I have my only alarm set on my phone set to ring every Monday to Friday mornings, but not in weekends.. Maybe have a second alarm for the weekends if you want to wake up later in the weekend or as a reminder or something.. But as long as you don't have the option to set the main alarm go off by weekday.. Well, too bad..
Please I’ve tried following all the instructions but I can’t still set my time. I don’t know why. My Casio only toggles between 12hr to 24hr and that’s it. It doesn’t adjust the seconds and minutes and dates

Everyone learns differently; no need to rip on people who learn better from a video. Also, there are certain things people wanna see before purchasing the watch such as how the light looks like or how the tones and functions look like when they're being used. Soo the alarm symbol is off , and the bell too , but sometimes the watch is stil ringing like the alarm is on..and i don t know how to stop this from happening , one time rang at 5:25 am and now at 12:32 am 🥲 i dont want to use the alarm , so i want it off , help?

Plastic, but there is an all steel variant just recently released, it is much more expensive though

2 seconds per month is VERY VERY accurate for any kind of watch, as it's stated accuracy is +-15 seconds a month

I had casio DB31 when in was in high school. It has a recessed adjust button. I think the DB 360 also has it
