I’m 61 and I always wanted to play Van Halen of course The Roth years. No Van Hagar for this guy!!! I haven’t played in years and even then I was lucky 🍀 to play riffs from other bands 😂. I’m working with a Les Paul copy from a catalog like Sears in 1979 brand new. You’re probably right. I read your mind. It’s probably from China or Japanese. I put a bridge Dimarzio pick up brand new so I would have a rocking guitar. Last but not least and Orange crush 20 RT. It sounds pretty good

BTW...your Samick guitar is AWESOME! The first acoustic guitar I ever bought (about 35 years ago) was a Samick and I've never seen one since. So great!!

In the outtake files, this is actually called "Red Zone", and it's from the 1979 outtakes.
Then there’s an another one that’s almost the same song called act like it hurts.

What do you mean when you say drop d tuning? Do you mean the guitar is tuned down a 1/2 step and then take the low e and drop d that string?
