I’m adjusting one of my meds and I’ve been having such bad restlessness, more than usual. It has prevented me from sleeping for 4 nights now. I’m currently laying on the couch praying to whatever god I don’t believe in I can get some sleep. Theres just something about the sound of light nail tippy taps. Like not full blown nail tapping but just like almost the natural sounds youd have due to the long nails being able to touch stuff that short nails couldnt. Sorry if that makes zero sense
