Security speak to us and try to work out what is going on.

Here in the states we call stupid security guards... 'Wanta be's'... i.e., people that want to be cops but can't meet the standards.
Yes I would include dog section in that list personally. They have trained hard enough to get to that position and for me can tuck their trouser into their boots if they want. It can get very muddy in the field, any one else a definite no no.

I've noticed that many of these so called security working at similar places to this or in asda, are obese and lazy or elderly trying to have something to get up for whilst earning a few quid (not aiming it at the oaps these companies employ to keep the pay as low as possible) ..... I'd love to see these "security" working a door at a busy club on a weekend....(them "bouncers" /door men and women that do work doors are nothing like years back and do a great job and earn every penny, unlike the drips at these places)

I'd would love to know the logic from a "trained, SIA guard" how anyone could have a "camera in my face" when on the other side of a security gate. How can can such a scared, paranoid person as this person be employed as a security guard, it's a shame it was so sunny as he must have been petrified of all the shadows he had to deal with as well.

These Security Guards should not be permitted to dress like they are Police. Surely, this could be classed as impersonating a Police Officer? There is one who works in my local Aldi and from a distance he looks like a Police Officer. its only when you get close you can tell. However, it is misleading.
When the vid started, I initially thought he was police until he said he will call the police lol. I agree shouldn't be dressed like that.

Fantastic bit of probing questioning of that second guard. Trying to get him to tell you he thought you were a UA-cam Auditor. So much fun letting them guess and leaving them guessing. The security guard needs to be trained on filming in public and to stop being paranoid.
Imagine trying to do a job, earning a living. And having someone come along for no particular reason filming around, you think a normal person wouldn’t be suspicious. That piece on the gate is because the road slopes up (where the guards are) and if the gate was down to the floor it wouldn't open without scraping the road. When they lock it up at night etc, that bit secures in the down position, to seal the site properly.

It’s subsidence due to the drought.
Getting hung up on things that are not your concern, such as having the hazard lights on whilst on their own land. If the security staff are not concerned about someone not using their hazards then it’s not your place to tell them to use them. You don’t even know if that’s a rule that they enforce. If you kept it to the business of viewing the building from the public area and using the drone, as you are allowed to do, then I would have more time for this, but you seem to go looking for trouble sometimes. I think they dealt with it as well as they could under the circumstances. Try to be a little more friendly with them though and things might go better next time.
