That looks like a great set up now Alex. I organised some of my items in a sort of similar way using cheap Kmart toiletry & cosmetic bags ($5-$10). I just bought what bags I thought were a good size, then found the things that fitted in them. And yes, those aluminium slat tables are brilliant & take up very little room, I have 2 of them & 1 always lives under the false floor in the back of my wagon.
Oh I wish I could get organised... So much stuff, so little room. Hey, idea for a series, 'Sort my Stuff' where you check out other people's rigs and work out what they need, what they don't and then get it all sorted out :) - I volunteer our rig as first cab off the rank LOL
I am just getting into the whole canvas bags in the drawers thing, say its Sunday morning and your camping, you want to make some coffee, do you pull the coffee bag out, pull all the bits you need out, make the coffee then pack it all away again and put it back in the drawers only to repeat later in the day?

That was great. Clustering makes a lot of sense - I liked the way the kitchen stuff wasn’t just one big tub (like mine is). Your coffee kit was very close to mine - right down to the sistema container with beans in it!
I use the fuel doctor additive, I was sold on it when I wrote a magazine article on dirty fuel a few years ago and I spoke to a bloke called Steve who's cleaning fuel tanks and fixing contaminated fuel supplies since the 80s. He and a chemist friend created this stuff to help with all the problems he had seen over his 30 years. I spent a total of about 5 hours on the phone to him over a few weeks 😄
All that wasted space above the fridge. I’ve another drawer I’ve made for mine ;-) it’s my kitchen top drawer, middle drawer and 3rd drawer down drawer ;-)
Not being rude but to me, this is just an ad for grabmegear stuff... we can use any type of storage bags etc to put things into and then store them in groups in the draws... I would keep the heavy stuff in the bottom draw and to the back of the draws helping to keep the weight down lower in the vehicle and closer to the back wheels. These bags are not cheap by any means.. Yes, I do love supporting Aussies but the prices for these items are kinda over the top a bit for my price range.. and like my recovery kit came with its own bag the same as my compressor, why throw out bags that items come in (free) just to pay for more and replace them.. silly idea to me... My table folds up and slides down the back of the draws and sits nicely behind the back seat verticle.
Glad you commented as I was about to say the exact same: just an ad for bags. Christ people, just use some common sense and sort your gear; do you really need to be told?

I would also support your business if the prices were better in line with my finances but alas having a back condition and only working casually a few days a week and paying bills and a mortgage they come first then the 4wding comes after unfortunately.
I bought a bunch of grab me gear stuff late last year. Very high quality, very durable, sustainable packaging and Aussie made would all add to the cost, so I can forgive the cost. I especially love the aluminium buckles on the tyre bin bag. I would definitely buy again. Thanks Jimmy

Was thinking the tools and heavier gear probably better down in the lower draw keeps the weight a bit lower

Or a shelf for a table to fit above the fridge. Makes for easy access of table without it being stuck under other things.
