      Actually, after the Contempt of Court charge, every time he opens his mouth again to spout his sovsh*t nonsense, it should be another 30 days, and $500 fine; regardless of how many times he does it. Given the propensity for this guy to argue, he may never get to trial, as he may end up spending life in prison.

      He's amazingly patient, considering that in the first week of March, he has 971 hearings scheduled - usually each person has 3-5 simultaneously, but that's still around 200 people in a week, or 40 in a day, or maybe 10 minutes each.

    Judge Lynise Bryant recently dealt with a SovCit and made a good point, “Ma’am, if you don’t believe this court has any jurisdiction over you, why do you bother with all these? Why show up?”
    They jam up the clerk’s office with their dopey meritless filings and waste court time by trying to stonewall with their jurisdiction and “Corpus Delicti” arguments….always delivered with Harvard Law level eloquence.

    If these idiotic disrespectful sovereign citizens can't act like adults and follow the court's instructions, then they should be immediately found in contempt of court and hauled off to jail. Judge Perkins was more than accommodating but the defendant was determined to run roughshod over the court while ignoring the judge's warnings. Maybe sitting in jail for a month will help clear this guy's head a bit about his poor life choices and the resulting consequences.

    Every American has the "right to travel freely" all they want on foot, skateboard, on a bicycle, by horseback, or horse and wagon, but must be licensed, insured and registered while operating a motor vehicle on public highways.     I don't get it.....why don't they just tow their cars away, so they have to get all the documentation to get them back.....seems so easy, instead of going through these trials.....no license, no insurance, no registration means no car.....period!

    judges really should be able to ad a stipulation to orders like that such as.
    "turn your self into day Mr X if not the warrant go's out at the end of the day and you get double the contempt time."

    I've seen other cases when the judge demands the Sovcit to appear in person for the "next hearing" and have LOE standing behind him to take peacefully.
    The alternative is this joker will not turn himself in or worse the sheriff goes out to pick him up and he's waiting on them with violent intentions.

      The way I see it, a warrant, unless he turns himself in ( which I doubt), is something the court will issue. Glad we got that straightened out.
