1. Our prisons should be re-hab facilities, not con colleges. 2. There should be a separate facility, with very straict controls, for those who remain violent in prison. 3. Staffing needs fixed, Pay is terrible, so the guards are usually grossly unqualified and subject to corruption.

The men try to get on women's prison especially if they have abused children because they are worried about being murdered in men's prison.
#stoptechnologicalabusetactics I just had a conversation with someone about that topic whom works at a prison. #techmanifests innapropriate behaviors . Read the training hand book and definitely don't let those hacked phones in with employees. It's bad enough investments are needed to remove tech devices in outdoor locations bureau of land management. Also,employees aren't supposed to be using work devices for private use.
