- The true crime story of Forrest Ray Colson, the Man From Mars Bandit, a fired cop who went on an armed robbery spree in 1950 and 1951, hitting a series of Los Angeles area supermarkets and terrorizing shoppers-all while wearing a bizarre disguise foreshadowing the "Mad Max" movie poster 18 years in the future.

Imjin war was a masterpiece.
Thank you! I love making videos. But I got onto something else, writing a novel about Japan at the end of WW2. "Daikon," forthcoming from Sinon & Schuster in July 2025. My "Atomic bomb" playlist is based on research I did for this book. www.simonandschuster.com/books/Daikon/Samuel-Hawley/9781668083055
The Man from Mars must of been an influence on Zodiac he’s outfit was similar to the Man From Mars maybe Zodiac grew up in the San Gabriel Valley I think Zodiac also had a Military background.

The first Mad Max came out in 1979 so it's 28 years. Not 18.
And to me he looks more like a SS soldier. Just my two C.
Sh*t! Miscount!
