    tashi, thankyou for a really lovely session. used it as an extended savasana after my morning practice today, and it helped me to really let go and just breathe. i'll be using this one regularly, i think!!

      I have listened to this video more than 100 times and there were never ads in it until YT rolled out some new thing last month that requires the video poster to select no ads in their settings. That is why I asked.

    Wonderful moment of relaxation i have used many times. But today two adds in the video...i dont know if you can place them at the beginning rather than in the middle?
