My dermatologist gave me 0.05% tretinoin that cleared 80% but to removal the last bit I will get an extraction or a facial w/extraction done at her office to clear the last 20%. Mine wasn't fungal acne as it was skin colored so it was comedonal acne and for prevention on night that I don't use tretinoin I will use Glycolic Acid maybe 1-2x per week.
I have something similar but on the top of my back I think from hair product. I’ve used urea + 2% salicylic acid cream but nothing really changed. Switched to putting my hair up after conditioning, washing the area, and then just putting straight salicylic acid there, best I can reach. It’s better.

I have tiny bumps like in a cluster one or two of them are black I don't know what to do they won't go away there don't have any puss in them. Starting to feel like a reptile like in a movie I looked up and I find nothing that helps I've always had sensitive skin I don't feel good even going places my husband says you cant hardly see them because they blend in with my skin color I tried scraping a few off but they came back any help.would be greatly appreciated I worry about the ome s that are black i.asked my regular Dr he an intenal.medicine Dr he said they were old age spot s and there was nothing I could do in only 48 years old its seems to early. for.
