I went to 3 dermatologists & they all said the same sentence, one of them told me you still have hair, as if I should wait till I'm bald to visit the doctor. 🤦🏼‍♀️

I did 3 very expensive and painful sessions of PRP which weren't only USELESS but also caused "hair shock" that made my hairline thinner and worse.
Maybe someone else will have better luck but mine was a total waste.

I had a scalp biopsy on Friday only after I said that I have terrible pain on scalp and recently itching. Last 2 days the pain with a burning sensation is unbelievable. Dermatologist has me taking Men's Rogaine once a day Viviscal Vitamins and Ketoconazole rx shampoo since October 29th I stopped taking Viviscal vitamins. All of February my scalp looked good and I had hair growth and on March-25th I could see my scalp again 😩. Super thin on top and sides. He gave me rx for Finasteride and blood work for vit d. He is so rude and impatient with me he made me cry all through last weekend 😢. I don't want to take Finasteride because it will be a forever thing, correct?
I had covid last January and I think it triggered more hair loss. Dr said female pattern baldness according to biopsy

@@keertisharma4312 it has slowed down. I also use CELMed shampoo and conditioner. I am now thinking of trying a couple drops of Rosemary essential oil in the shampoo and conditioner as well maybe try micro needling the day before washing my hair as well. I’m pretty desperate as well

What about clascoterone creamfor blocking DHT on the scalp as opposed to fin or fit.....not sure if estradiol valerate in castor oil would work topical.

Hi Dr Azi, I have been put on sprionolactone for mild hairloss in my late 20s for normal high testosterone aga, it would be great to get a video to clarify how to use it, diet, and results I might see because it isn't clear if this will just maintain, or help regrow or possibly neither. I am unable to go on yasmin in combination with it and there doesn't seem to be any clear information about if it causes irregular cycles if it settles, if it causes weight gain... just seems to be a deficit of information and would love a video
Also how sprionolactone helps with excess hair and how long results take and what you should expect to see .
My derm basically said don't eat loads of bananas, drink loads of water, take 200mg a day. I would like to know more so I have a better chance at making this medication work for me.
My derm also suggested holding off the rogaine (and PRP) I assume to see how spironolactone works on its own, wondering if this is typical or advisable

Yes. You would essentially have to use it forever.
