The worse UA-cam is a program that you have to download onto your computer (that naturally just runs a webapp) that demands root level access so it can prevent you from skipping ads.
Also UA-cam versions that don't allow AdBlocker at all, due to the homebrew requiring that being either too risky or not demanded enough for it to be made (Mobile UA-cam w/o browser, pretty much every game console other than 3DS that has UA-cam available, FireStick or other TV streaming means, etc.)
