Something of note: One reason why people aren't required to use gloves when handling food is because wearers forget to wash/replace the gloves. Gloves don't protect the consumer, only the wearer, but people don't feel as compelled to wash their gloves as they would their hands. Gloves are cleaner on paper, but people without gloves wash their hands so much that it's more sanitary to go without them.
It depends on the stage of food prep they're in and what they're doing. As you said it's more to protect the wearer, but it's good practice to toss and recycle the gloves between each job you're doing.

Thank you, you kind kind soul
Thanks but the ad was kind of good and it was kind of funny
I was so confused why he wasnt joking on the last one until i saw sparks coming back up
12:48: GOD DAMN IT, MORE??? - Dumbledore said calmly
ya know it took me a surprisingly long time to realize the part about cranes was played in reverse i thought it was strange the way that they were removing the segments from the crane but i wasnt sure until the hammering was wonky at 21:16
I was listening to his jokes thinking to myself "he's talking as if this is the real How It's Made again... Where's the joke?! What's going on?!" Then I saw your comment and rewatched it. That's hilarious 🤣
It was the spray painting that made me realize this was in reverse... I was like wait he's way too serious
19:20 darn I thought you were gonna make a joke about how a herd of tower cranes are called absolutely useless
4:40: Our lord and savior Peter is back 😇😇😇😇
25:05 "Now we're _lying?!_ To an _INTERNATIONAL AUDIENCE?!"_
Oh no! Canada's spotless reputation will be _ruined!_
I am devastated hearing this news 24:55
another gem
how it's made was my childhood
and this series takes it and improves it further
is no one going to appreciate that the best joke is that the tower crane segment was LITERALLY just the factual?
No the funny thing is, it's not, as it's backwards. Everything would be right *if the footage was normal*
17:07 OIL DRINKER
All these years later, Peter's really made it in the world. I'm proud of him.
we love you soooo parasocially huggbees
I am so normal about Huggbees (lies)
real
real
real
The amount of lore revelations about how this was the original series before the narrator got replaced is some cinema-level world building
>beef jerky is soaked in beef piss...
My sides are in serious pain.
And it took me too long to realize the crane part was backwards.
I appreciate the RollerCoaster Tycoon joke at 17:36. If Cody Watkins (TubeCody) designed Oil Packing Coaster 1, there would be _no_ oil leaving that factory!
I’m not even kidding, when Huggbees said “after this word from our sponsors” I got the Marvel Snap ad for Loki and it starts with “Our now a word from our sponsor!”
Babe wake up, Huggbees posted a new How It's Actually Made Video
1:54 the fact that tv-g shows up after explaining that they were trying to get to pg-13 is funny as hell
5:00 after he said this, I literally got an ad for fanduel casino 💀
i got an ad for an app ☠️
13:16 Oh, it's like a Handwich for sushi.
25:00 is genuinely the most ive laughed at a video in years that revelation was incredible
Turns out the ending wasn’t a bit. Sad to see this series go. Thanks for all the laughs!
I legit said out loud just now “huh wouldn’t it be funny if the crane segment was backwards” 😂😂😂😂 this is why huggbees is the most creative creator on UA-cam rn
I can forgive the backwards crane footage, but I can't forgive the omission of the footage where they cook the sushi.
Who's gonna tell them?
You do not ever cook sushi.
@@Highimdadtwo Yeah. That's the joke.
That joke about spreading the wasabi and placing the tuna along with the avacado was HILARIOUS, i acknowledge it. (please let me stop working in the bubblegum mines, i want to see my family.)
Why was that guy at 21:36 doing a zombie moonwalk?
25:00
Are you jealous
I signed up for the youtube Notes early access wait list solely so i can put notes on hugbees' "How It's Made" parodies stating they are not parody and that they are factually accurate so that way I mess with the youtube algorithm and AI as a whole. 😂
The advanced techniques of the crane welders have mastered the ability to weld backwards. The paint booth sprayers have also manipulated physics to reverse paint that beautiful safety yellow.
5:05 “there’s more sushi to come after a word from our sponsors” *BEER AD PLAYS*
_I got a vodka one._
I got churchs tender wrap
I got a diaper one 🧍♀️
i got a one wheel electric scooter thingy
CERVEZA CRISTAL
2:18 though I actually have been given raw beef sushi before, it’s actually quite good since they lightly torched it and added some extra sesame seeds.
