Martin has issues breathing that i think are unrelated, you can often times see him with some thing on his nose which i think helps breathing. Not to say that hes healthy, but you guys are going off of only this without any other info. Other than that, these guys, even the huge ones far outlive a morbidly obese person, so its somewhat healthier, both are bad still

I am not into bodybuilding yet I never have egg whites, my stomach just refuses to digest them be it liquid or by separating the whites from the yolks.

i at least appreciate the explanation and reasoning for buying the "higher quality" eggs, ie the more expensive ones. 99% of viewers are not to the point of being so dialed into their diets to monitor digestion outside of more or less farts / constipation / or belly gurgles. if i eat any "low carb" product that has sugar alcohol as the carb substitute, 100% of the time im getting the belly gurgles . IMO 99% will obtain the same benefits in their macro count by eating the store brand eggs for 1/3rd the cost. same goes for the house brand chicken vs free range yada yada. the typical reasoning is "these eggs are better" and leaves it at that.
im at the point where my shopping budget supersedes any miniscule advantages of different brands.. all in all it might just be the placebo effect anyway
example, no way would i pay $15 for ONE ribeye when there is one in the manager markdown section for $6 still dated before the "sell by" date. seeing how i would cook the steak same day.. note how i emphasized the "sell by" .. its a "sell by" date, not an "eat by" date.. get the markdowns and put in freezer ..bottom line for everyone its your money and your body.. do what you want.. just dont buy something because someone else tells you too.
flip side i find it hypocritical when bodybuilding influencers parse what they eat so finely because something might be better or healthier but at same time inject their bodies with massive amounts of PEDs.. but its their body
It's just a better micro nutrient profile really, if you can afford them I would buy them if not buy the cheaper one's. As for your last point that is literally the reason most bodybuilders eat so clean, so they don't do more damage than they're already doing just because you're doing one bad thing doesn't mean you should keep stacking more negatives on top you know?

If you don’t realize pro bodybuilders are on steroids I don’t know what to tell you. We don’t need warning labels on everything on life. Should NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL games have warning labels that all those athletes are on PED’s? Because 100% of them are.

I wish they would be more honest about it. When I was young and starting out, I didn't know every single pro was on massive amounts of steroids.
