For Bedrock players: This complex was made in Java and the entire complex would only work in Java. It could work in Bedrock with at least these MAJOR revamps: 1. Major revamp on Iron Farm. Use any Bedrock youtuber's (Prominent ones: NavyNexus, JCPlayz, James, 0ldGuy's, etc.) Iron Farm 2. Cow Crusher needs more space since Bedrock does not have entity cramming, you eould need to manually kill the cows once they've grown in a separate chamber or possibly using lava. Personally, I'd go for manual killing with fire aspect and looting. I think there were 2 more changes that need to happen, but forgot which ones, but the iron and cow farm really needs chabges due to difference in mechanics. Hope this helps.
The cobblestone/stone generator is a deathtrap. The lava sometimes granites the water and then fills the chamber with lava, which runs out and sets everything on fire.
@@dr4track1 mine is out of basalt. What happened is the lava escaped and burned the structure behind me (and me) because I didn't get it plugged fast enough. Dude, I love it , please make more videos like this one!!, Btw, when building the iron golem kill chamber, I tweaked it slightly to use a magma block instead of lava, jus to stop some of the iron burning…
OK, finally got this all built only to realise a lot of this stuff doesn't work in Bedrock Edition. Still, I appreciate the video and I learned a lot of things that DO work in Bedrock Edition that I probably wouldn't have thought of myself. It'll influence my future builds and I'm thankful. I would have perhaps appreciated a warning in the video that this was built in Java edition, so I could at least adjust for the differences. For instance, I probably would have spent more time researching Iron Golem behavior (the Iron farm doesn't work at all in Bedrock). I even named my Zombie after my kid for a gag which has kind of gone to waste now. Maybe I can trap it in their house to spook them later. Anyway, I had a ton of fun following along, A+ for the humor too. I'll probably start tearing down the components that don't work so well and start integrating the ones that do into our existing village.
This is all amazing! I love how you can have all of your farms in a small area. One problem. The cow farm can't be used on Avotopia or QC. this seems to be a problem I run into often, in fact, I haven't found a cow farm I can build. It may be that I'm looking to hard, but could you do a tutorial on a non cramming cow farm for all of us that enjoy your server? I would love to see what you do.
I will say the triple farm with iron farm for 1.16 you did a bit before 1.16 launched works pretty well even without the zombie breaking line of sight. Only thing I had to do was tweak it up by enclosing my farming sections since zombies somehow killed my farmers when I only had a fence around them lol. Had a ton of glass so I just encased them in that with a slab roof, tossing in some glowstone among the glass "walls"
You know, I was just thinking to myself "you know what you need, JoJo? A starter farming complex so you can get more resources easier." And then BOOM, out comes your video.
Hi @Avomance, had a problem with the golem occasionally spawning outside the kill chamber. I finally figured out that there's a block on the vine farm that is spawnable. Always loved following your tutorials, although I am having issues with the iron farm, first the villagers’ heads were getting stuck. Easily fixed by raising the bottom slab to next bottom slab BUT for some reason my zombie keeps on dying. @@magicalawnmower4764 I fixed the issue and the iron farm has been working beautifully but they were all holding items, at one point during my troubleshooting I had them named and holding an item. @@yourlostsock5807 thanks. I did that originally, but didn’t want them running up and down the beds and workstations, causing them to lose sight of the zombie. @@yourlostsock5807 awesome. Good luck. Two more tips: A. Add signs at golem eye-level to make sure they don’t glitch through. The iron farm will not work at all, as the rules for spawning golems in bedrock are FAR different: #1; the "village" to spawn a golem most have a minimum of 20 beds and #2; there most be 10 villagers per golem to be spawned, 75% of which most have worked at a station before the golem can spawn in. The good news is scaring them is not needed, them simply working will call in golems. The bad news... let's just say unless a player is willing to go through a LOT to set this up, villagers in bedrock are at the mercy of mobs. Probably why bedrock seeds have so many villages, they tend to get killed of pretty quick if you aren't paying attention.

Does the iron farm work on bedrock edition it would really help on my world if it does
No
Our boy spelled “rotten” wrong but this discrepancy pales to the utility of this video
World download?
Laziness at another level
Why would this be lazy?
It's not lazy to get the materials and build it all, but it's lazy to use when done cause most of it is automatic, ssoooo, idk who is actually winning this argument……
Do all of these work on Bedrock?
was just about to ask the same thing. I will probably try to replicate this tonight, I know for sure the sheep, pumpkin, wheat, sugar cane, bamboo work. The compact cow thing... might not.
I think not work on bedrock
Why would you need a rotten flesh farm?
to trade with a cleric for emeralds
Wolf
Is this for bedrock or java?
You need to modify the iron farm for bedrock
Modify it how or in what way?
Jeff Ibarra any explanation I give via the comment section won’t sufficiently explain it. I can’t speak English, you would be better watching a video on Bedrock iron golem mechanics
MrSqurk thank you
can you make a world download? please
I just got the notification. I am disappointed with UA-cam.
I am glad you got here in the end!!
well for me, seems all my notifications from youtube have stopped and I can't figure out why or how to get them back and I really miss getting videos from Avomance,,,so I find myself trolling his main youtube site to get his new vids...and it happened shortly after I subscribed to him...which makes no sense to me lol
@@marneypond3077 refresh login? Unsub n resub? Idk I never had that issue before
@@Anglified thx for your input but I think it may be either an email issue ( that I am hoping I just fixed), or my bitdefender firewall not allowing them through because I am always adjusting it and may have not allowed it to pass thru unhindered lol...oops on me
Does the iron farm work on realms?
No, villagers don‘t spawn golems if they‘re scared on bedrock sadly
@@katzemittatze7349 that sucks
The Urban Goth Jup
Question, does it work in bedrock edition?
some of them
The iron farm will not work at all, as the rules for spawning golems in bedrock are FAR different: #1; the "village" to spawn a golem most have a minimum of 20 beds and #2; there most be 10 villagers per golem to be spawned, 75% of which most have worked at a station before the golem can spawn in.
The cow farm won't work either.
some bits will!!
@@Avomance Thanks for responding, love your videos!
Was there are a ingredients list? I can't find one.
This was too complex for ingredients - so I did them as we went!
rip, I got 90% of the way through before I realized I messed up one of the dimensions
Is this work on mcpe
does it work for bedrock
Damnnn
Friends and Avo Fans...For those of you who built this how long did it take for a golem to spawn? Just wondering so I know when to check back.. (I added a Temporary AFK Pod on top of the center pod.. Not sure if this can cause some issues or not
i tried the zombie trap and it doesnt work
please give world download link
Villager keeps getting stuck when they wake up from bed
stuck on what? try moving the beds.
I think its a console and pc edition thing
I am playing Java 1.16.2 and the Villagers wont go into their beds and when they do they are getting their heads stuck in the lower half slab... Also gotta find a stinking name tag!!!!! so I can stop spending all my time catching zombies..
