What other facts do you have? I'm really interested in your most interesting and obscure ones too!! Amaze me - and don't forget to hit sub if you haven't already - and perhaps like the videoif you enjoyed it? Thanks LOADS
I didn't know about mobs not being able to jump over azalea bushes and two-side ladders. My favourite early-game trick is using a boat to drop off cliffs without taking damage. There are certain Y levels that will have you killed if you drop from them in a boat, but it hasn't happened to me yet. Also, I like to have hidden passages behind paintings. And, for keeping mobs in or out of an area, I dig one block down, plant sweet berries and cover them with carpets.
Doors for an air pocket under water doesn't work in bedrock. I figured out that if I place 2 pieces of dirt down stacked and 1 on the side of the top one then take a button, break the soil on the side with it and quickly place the button there it makes and air pocket.
I didn't know about the ice blocks filling a large area with water or the ladders on the trap doors. Did you know the Fortune enchant (on any tool although hoe is best) works on most crops. potatoes, carrots, beets, netherwart and if you want more seeds do the wheat. you'll only get 1 wheat but ton more seeds.
Fact 1 was that in Java you can now attach leads to boats, but then he recommends using pigs to attach for ropes on bridges. Why not dig a 2X2 hole and use a boat instead? No animal noises or random rope wiggling. I used trapdoors to build a winch mechanism for my castle drawbridge and dropped boats inside to act as anchors for the leads that attach to fence posts on the bridge.
Mycelium biomes prevent only the way regular random mob spawning events to happen. If you bring mobs from outside, you can still breed them In a Mushroom biome. Pretty sure if you use the new potions to spawn Silverfish or Slimes, those would still work. Lightning strikes create a forced mob spawning event, so that bypasses the regular process too. Same with mob spawners. Mobs won't spawn in Deep Dark either. Would be interesting to dig out everything above a Deep Dark biome, and see if lightning can strike down there and spawn Skelly Horses.
Also remember that while biomes go from defrock to build limit and higher Lush Cave biome exits. So you could find yourself in a different biome even though you think you are under a mushroom biome
This was actually super helpful for this Casual! Using trap doors for animal pens? Genius! I wish the infinite lava worked. Come on, MoJang. I just play Peaceful and I’ve never killed the dragon.

I knew 28 of these but I was just thinking, since we can attach boats to leads now, maybe that means we can make the rope parts of the bridges without imprisoning animals in holes, which makes for a lot less noisy bridges. I'm off to go test that now xD
Well, just tested the ropes for bridges in bedrock, you can use boats. On other stuff I tested, the trapdoor/ladder combo is a no-go and using trapdoors to house animals, they jump right over, and can't drag boats up hill.
@@TribbleArtCreations I tested it in Java and you can drop a boat a couple blocks down and a few blocks away from your bridge, then attach a lead between the boat and a piece of fencing at the start of the bridge, so I think my life will never be the same lol. no more animal noises from my bridges!!!
@@TribbleArtCreationsWhen pulling a boat on a lead, keep jumping as you take it uphill. It won't break unless the boat gets snagged on an awkward corner.

Edit to add: oh, I still use fences but put carpet on top for the climb out 😅 trap doors feel like they'll invite hostile mobs in 👀 lol
I think I knew about 15 to 17. I tend to stick with the original layup, so the newer facts aren't available. Just for giggles, though, I may have one fact for you: when underwater, if you place your bed, it not only allows you to sleep, but keeps you from drowning.
Here are some of the facts I know that I've never seen in a compilation video. Each type of armour has its own sound name when you put it on: "rustles, clings, clangs, etc.". Only the player can go up a ladder if the bottom rung is missing, no other mob can, though the spider can climb anything. You can keep one piece of armour on when you've drank an invisibility potion and still be invisible, I usually keep my boots on for swimming in the ocean monument. You can completely overhaul a magma spawner in the bastion, and then bring the frogs there for infinite frog lights and a very fun fighting arena, I call it Maria Magmarena.

(You can test this with weapons of different quality/enchantment) As to the facts, I knew all of them, but I never put together the fact that I could use ice to so quickly fill a large body of water. @@IsochronyxMC- oh it doesn’t? Thanks. Come on, MoJang. Give us all the parity.
Great video. I needed a bunch of these solutions
Weeks later, but, sir: the middle-mouse-click thing? Massive game changer! I had no idea, and I’d see UA-camrs or streamers switch really quick and I always assumed it was hotkeys… Thank you! Very cool tech.
Ah, the middle mouse-truly the unsung hero of productivity. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of your computer setup!
You can get source blocks of lava if you change your settings before starting a world. It's still vanilla because no mod needed.
can you - is it in experimental?
@@Avomance I think it's in Game Rules - same place you set up No inventory dropping on death 😅
Informative 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kind words and I'm thrilled you found the content helpful!
Thanks! That’s super useful info to know so I can build fun things in the end dimension without worrying about the ender men teleporting around! 42 blocks is a lot
Thanks for sharing Avo
Thanks! Fact 8 and 24, who knew? And fact 25 is interesting. Does it work with chickens?
yes
What shader is that
11:06 that one I learned the hard way on my own once 😂
So far I knew the other ones up to now mostly from tutorials (also the bedrock specifics of each)
Bedrock can be a bit different sometimes!! Grrrr
@Avomance yes! I noticed you were able to lead the boat up each level, but on bedrock it will just break the lead so we have to place water to do that
I swear that the gamerules now include "Lava Source Conversion" near the "Water Source Conversion".... It might be one of my mods..... Enjoyed the video nonetheless.
About time you be able to attach leads to boats😊
I know right!!
@@Avomance yeah especially when you're trying to transport hostile mobs You used to have to get in the boat to transport them and they end up attacking you which was annoying for me I'm glad they added that feature It wouldn't make transporting zombies for a villager curing center way easier
You can use vines for a ladder. They take up almost no space.
14 for me. Thanks, some of those where really neat.
You can also water log copper grates and use them in for easy hydration in farms. Just place copper grate then add water. Just found out today.
I didn’t know any, thanks for sharing 👍
3:13 why would you put down a DIRT block to stop the water, pick up the water from the water block you JUST PUT DOWN with the same empty bucket.
thanks dude! some good stuff i didnt know in there, and ive been playing many years. 🙂
