If you guys are having issues with tthe raid farm (for example the pillagers don't want to drop down), just build it high up or on an ocean, so that no pillagers spawn in nearby caves and get stuck there ;) I already had this problem...
Now I'm not sure but you might have better work on a mushroomisland as you don't get mob spawns but I'm not sure I'd raids work there but I'm sure they should then you just have to make sure you have nowhere they can spawn so just put it like 30 blocks in the air then have your kill chamber

Here's an idea to make a safety to the raid farm idea, if you put a trapdoor on the block above the chest, then they cant see you, plus you'll still have a gap to hit them from. Just a sweet tip of safety-proofing that got overlooked. ;)

In 1.18 the spawnrate will be equalized in any height. So on Bedrock and on max building height the same amount of mobs shall spawn. So mobfarms will be more efficient.
The crop farm does not work any more with wheat. It sort of works with potatoes, but it stops working after the inventory fills with poisonous potatoes. you have to get a new farmer and restart it. It Kind of works with Carrots and Beetroots, but you need to add a ring of 8 trap doors around the base of a block that is placed directly on top of the composter or else the farmer will continuously make bonemeal and never attempt to trade with the other villager. The Village Breeder does how ever still work in 1.19 and is one of my fave village breeders as it blends in with farmland nicely.
Could you please let us know in the description what edition you're using, such as Java or bedrock, would be so much easier for a lot of us, especially me, thx

Also I am not coordinated enough to play hardcore I would lose my world so fucking fast
I have a similar farm, but where you put the one bed they can't get to, I put all 3 beds there, so they never use the bed. The baby always immediately runs to the beds and falls into the holding area. Since none of the villagers have ever been able to actually reach a bed, none of the beds are actually taken/claimed and they breed indefinately. When I want to turn the breeding "off", I just break the beds and put them in a chest. I've never needed to add more than 3 beds. I'm not Java, not sure if it works the same on Bedrock.

I actually have 2 of these farms though they are a bit different to yours as I play bedrock. I guess I should try make them more complex and efficient. I could also try build a crop farm but every one I try either breaks or doesn't work due to Java and Bedrock having different villier mechanics.
Seeing as Chapman didn't say it I'm going to There are actually a couple of problems with the crop farm (1) you need to build a roof over the villagers and with glass being the best choice but not required you also as he said need to light up the area (2) he also forgot to mention the villager who isn't collecting the crops needs to be a hungry villager basically it's inventory must be empty to get a hungry villager just grab a baby from a breeder and let it grow up just don't let it near villagers who have food items in their inventory or they will feed it (3) And honestly I'm just really surprised he didn't do this but the villager that goes at the back of the farm needs a block above its head to prevent it from jumping and potentially picking up crops tossed to it (4) Finally the last mistake those walls where not two high around the whole farm to prevent it from being attacked sure the one high walls protects against the zombies but don't skeleton shoot at them to ? Honestly if you build this version of a crop farm sure it's quick it's easy and it's simple but not exactly as efficient as it could be and I know people are going to point out he said you could stack this farm but that's not the point just because I understand how to make a creeper farm doesn't mean I can make the most efficient one so many things where left unfixed in the farm and that's what has me concerned he could have easily done so but didn't
note: for the raid farm you need need to find a pillager outpost then kill the captain to obtain a bad omen that will start the raid. but good luck finding a pillager outpost "near" your base cuz u dont wanna run 4000 blocks to raid
Edit: i managed to fix it by giving them a roof and adding 3 more beds (I had one trap bed outside only) and they’re breeding! Thanks for the farm this is gonna be great for an iron farm! Does anybody know if this works in 1.18.2 because the villagers are farming but I’ve never seen them give each other food or breed. I think the issue is that it’s next to a village and some of the villagers there are claiming the trap bed but idk if it’ll work even after I fix that
Dude it's your fault cuz when you're done taking raid on yourself you have to drink to get out of bad omen effect otherwise If you go to your village then they will attack you on that village

I made the breeder in survival Minecraft bedrock 1.20 but the new baby villagers can’t fall in the hole because i think they don’t consider the trap doors as a block anymore so they link to the spare bed but stay stuck in front of the holes with trap doors. Does this mean that this breeder doesnt work in minecraft bedrock 1.20 ? :c
When my trapdoor is closed, my villagers trade carrots and I get nothing. When it's open, I get the carrots until the second villager goes into the farm. What have I done wrong?
Also note that in 1.16+ the second villager also needs to have a profession, otherwise they wouldn't trade because only villagers with a profession can trade. For me the crop farm doesn't seem to be working though, like they trade but like once every 2 in game days which is like 20 minutes and then it's only just like 20 crops at a time

For some reason I can't get my raid farm to work. I built it 128 blocks above the water and I can start the raid. I go up to spot where the mobs fall down to and the raid begins and you can hear them blowing their horns and I get the progress bar for the raid. Then no mobs will spawn and fall down and then the raid bar will go away. I'm on Java btw. Any idea why it's not working?

Had the same problem. Remove the villager on the rails for a fresh one and don't trade with him his inventory must habe be full so the farmer didn't attempt to give him stuff.

They are complex if they are a stacking raid farm. But this is the most basic version and has 50x less drops

Higher up lowers the amount of spawnable blocks so it should be more efficient still.
