I love these videos. I like to play the "Bad Financial takes Drinking game." Take a shot every time someone you're reacting to suggests Starbucks is ruining your financial future. Finish your drink if Kevin "I'm not a businessman but i play one on TV" OLeary is the one who said it.

this really shows what type of person you are. You are not looking at "hey make money and be rich" videos online, but actually doing stuff and feeding us the real deal. Thanks for taking the time of "wasting your time: by watching tik-tok or reels videos. Appreciated it

    This was excellent,
I've had discussions with people regarding at least two of those philosophies in the past week. Good stuff.

I am a big fun of you, thanks for your video! Very helpful to me to be able to distinguish between the true ones and the ‘fake’ or not helpful videos. Thanks 💯

Dave Ramsey takes the conservative approach to finances and is geared towards the 95% of people who will only work for other people. Like Kevin O'Leary said in his clip - 2/3 of entrepreneurs fail. Most people want to take the safe road and lock in their income with little wiggle room.
For those people, budgeting and frugality in order to build investments and retirement savings are important. When he says 'make an individual budget for each month' he isn't talking about building it from scratch. He's talking about sitting down for an hour a month and charting out that month's expenses and portioning out cash (he is big on paying cash for things to avoid overspending on credit cards since impulse control is something many people lack)
Highly driven entrepreneurs don't like Dave because he isn't preaching about getting rich. They miss that they aren't his audience.

I'd love to see your take on the "I bought a house for my 6 year old instead of a college fund" type videos. They all reek of "I'm already rich and this is probably a tax shelter more than an investment for my kids because I could clearly already afford paying for college." Also, any partenting advice from someone who's kids are not grown or successful yet is 1000% counting your chickens before they hatch.

Great video Nick, a lot of these reels to me are more “motivational clips”; while they are informative, a rational interpretation is a great way to dissect and digest what they’re really trying to say

The dining out vs cooking your own food debate, only works if you are doing something, saving or investing, with the money you save from cooking your own meals. If the money saved is just being absorbed back into lifestyle then it is pointless.
The buy precious metals advice makes sense until you have to find and pay for a place to store it all.

Like the reaction but also just like quick snip it’s of your personal advice. Even just a nice 5 minute vid I can hit while on break. Really resets the motivation and focus.

"Be the best in what you do and having no competition...."
So when you are the best at flipping cow pats and there's no one who can do it quite like you. I still have a hard time believing you are going to be rich because of that skill.

I really liked the video. The thing with Robert Kiyosaki that he doesn't say about silver is that he likes it so much that he bought a silver mine. So if people follow his advice and buy silver, Kiyosaki really wins.

Robert believes that dollars will lose much of their purchasing power, and if you look at the timeline he's been investing, he's been right. He first bought gold in the 70s in Vietnam for $30 an oz, it's almost $2k an oz now. He thinks you should invest in real stuff, rather than digits on a screen. If inflation keeps ticking up, which it will since the government expands the money supply every year, he will keep winning big - in terms of purchasing power.

The issue with this video and many others like it, arguing that “not eating out won’t/ will make you rich” is the definition of the rich.
Many times people in the 100 mil plus bracket think that’s what we aspire to, and budgeting/saving will never get you there. However, most people would be happy to just get to the 2-5 million dollar range. An above average salary combined with smart investing and responsible spending, a la Dave Ramsey, can get you to that number. Mr. crown here is right, if your goal is a 9 figure net worth.
But if your goal is a 7 figure net worth and a peaceful life, you don’t necessarily need to start your own company or create some new product

Nicholas, not everyone should be an entrepreneur and not everyone is trying to get rich. Not everyone wants to work 16 hour days and not tuck their kids in at night. And if they did, it would be terrible for us all because there would be nobody left to do the work our society needs to survive. How are we going to keep the lights on and the water flowing if everyone becomes an entrepreneur?
Given that, content that teaches NORMAL PEOPLE (not rich assholes) to reduce expenses so you live within your means and avoid dangerous debts that can sink you is great. Maybe not for you, and maybe it wont get you rich, but it can help normal people live good wholesome lives.

When you’re making titles for the video, you’re limiting the amount of people that know you and therefore would click on the videos. You can instead replace it with a reputable title like millionaire, investment banker, and etc…
