- Here's why it pays to be kind, showcased by your favorite rich and really rich characters from Nicholas Crown's hilarious series. From the ski slope to the zoo, you're sure to learn something about treating people with respect.
I went to a nice private school when I was a kid and they actually taught us to respect the janitors. They were always around taking care of things for the students. Nicest guys you'll ever meet. Since then I've focused on treating everyone the same instead of judging them by their career path. Too many people ask "what do you do for a living?" Only to determine the level of respect to give you due to your income.
i like janitors. they always chill 🤔. i imagine they union with full benefits
Exactly. Being respectful goes a long way.
The janitors know everybody's secrets cause they see and hear everything
Due to perceived income too *not always what we've been taught to assume it is
I always went with the mindset that every job is needed. Even if a job seems unimportant , it is important enough that someone who is in charge greenlit that money is spend in such a way.
Nobody would pay a pizza delivery driver if the job would not be important enough to spend to money on.
I just like that the really rich example is such a great example of healthy masculinity and power.
Hey Mr. Crown, sorry for being a bit formal haha. But, I just wanted to say thanks for assuring me that just because I might get lucky doing what I love in the future doesn't mean I have to sacrifice my morals or myself. My family is as blue collar as they come and thanks to you and them I have my plans falling into place and hopefully one day I'll be able to pay them back. And thank you in person.
Best part that everyone should hear 'Be smart enough to make a lot of money and never stupid enough to think it matters' - brilliant!!
The worst people you will meet are wannabe nouveau riche. Not even rich but act like they're superior to everyone. I realised one particularly nasty family drove late model tanks but had plastic furniture!
Arguably, the most underrated trait in a person. Often mistaken as a byproduct of 'Nice' behaviour. This guy truly cares about providing a perspective opaque to most.
Edit: thank you 👏
I love these videos. Especially the zoo episode. Friendship, love and compassion. Grow up smart enough to make money but don't be stupid enough to think it matters
I loved the zoo episode too! It reminds
me of the “Personality, Temperament, and their Stress-Related Consequences” chapter in “Why Zebras Don’t Get Ulcers”.
My father always told me to act with Courtesy and Common Sense. It was only later that I realized that both were in short supply in this world.
If you think about it, high in demand, too.
The "thanks for the investment don't expect me to share my bike" had me rolling 😂
Thank you for your content, Mr. Crown. I live and work on Cape Cod and several of the jobs I've had over the years have been in customer service...your videos comparing the rich and really rich are spot on. I've met some really wonderful people and you would never know that they are the owners of some of the most prestigious and lucrative businesses in the area b/c they don't put on an air of superiority or entitlement. I've encountered some others however...
Because of your videos. I finally googled how to start a business.
Come to find out it was super easy. And now I own McCabe's Handy Services LLC.
oh hey, you're an Arizona guy
That janitor one, it's good to have a frontline.
Edit: Love the Testarossa.
I am not rich, some consider me poverty level, but manners and kind consideration are, coupled with generosity of time/money where appropriate are cornerstones to any life. Or they should be. Thanks for these videos and all u offer on your channel. It's been very helpful!
This is now my new favorite UA-cam content! Keep it up!!! ⚡️
I absolultly loved that janitor skit. Honestly, that would make a great extended skit, or even a movie.
My favorites are the side characters, with Carl, the cleaning man first, followed by the fish seller and the plumber.
Something that I do. I retired from a telephone customer service job after 31 years. When I call customer service now, if the representative is nice, and very few aren't, I ask if I could leave a compliment with their manager. Most are more than happy for me to do that. It is so easy to complain nowadays but it doesn't take much to make someone happy.
I have watched all of your videos (I thought. The gorilla one was new.). Thank you. I have enjoyed them all!(Almost forgot! Claude is a favorite too!)
Seeing the theme of my life summed up in a UA-cam short is beautiful, keep spreading the important things in life. Most of the things we're chasingin life aren't real. Friendship, love, compassion for one another. Be smart enough to make money but not stupid enough to think it matters.
Colin Farrell stunt double cracks me up everytime.
This guy had me hooked from the first video even though it took me a few videos to subscribe!!
I did new car sales at my local BMW dealership for 7 years, and I cannot tell you how spot-on this is.
Man you have no idea how much you rule! Love you're stuff and yeah, it truly does pay to be kind!!
God this production quality is beautiful
I've only discovered this channel today and i'm already loving it! My only regret is that i didn't find it sooner!
Hey Mr. Crown, just wanted to say a massive thanks for the hilarious content! I found your videos because I’m trying to find my way to make a life for my family and your “rich vs really rich” videos stood out! Thank you so much for the laughs in these dark times mate!
This really gets me exited to earn money so I can act like really rich guy
You can be cordial no matter how wealthy you are.
@@angelaparziale5713 Of course didn’t mean that
@@nutmegmilitarynews exactly. I think you’re probably already courteous, and just don’t hand out the $100 tips like candy quite yet.
Excellent, Mr. Crown. I especially loved the one with the gorilla.
love u man! learn a ton from you.
Loving the videos Crown
Hey I love your channel. Your content always reminds me of the Clayton Christensen classic “How will you measure your life.”
Great series !
Love these!
Hey mr.crown...lovely compilation....amazing content....definitely teaches a thing or two about being grounded....love from malaysia
“Thanks for the investment Mr., but don’t expect me to share my bike.” 🤣
I love your vids man!
this is great content.. feels good to see the contrast in simple everyday life situations...rich ...really rich or not rich at all.. the messege applies to all
I've been watching these and it has inspired me to start working on entrepreneurship. So thank you Mr crown for the inspiration
Hi Mr.crown I really enjoy you're videos and they always make my day 😁
Hey good evening Mr. Crown I appreciate your videos and i appreciate how you show different perspectives of how to always respect your fellow man. Thank you in advance. 😊
You do awesome job man keep up the good work and you got my support!
Love your videos dude
The rich guy surprisingly still has his job despite how many times he seems to be arrested
Crown looks buff on the thumbnail. I bet he has like 8 pack abs or something. 💪 👑 💲
I am not rich. But, I am comfortable. Some years I was less comfortable. But I always had food in my belly, clothes on my back, and a roof over my head. That's wealth beyond measure: try living without any of them. Everything else is gravy. Oh: and make hay when the sun shines -- it won't forever.
Reserve your greatest respect for those who serve you. They serve you because you are either too stupid or too lazy to do it for yourself. Tip well!
Remember: people who brag are insecure.
Im glad my parents taught me to be nice to people, it also makes me feel better about myself =)
"You can do well and good."
This is so good 😊
Mr. Crown, I often watch these before driving to and from work. They have actually helped with my road rage. The "really rich" driver has perspective on the road and doesn't blow up. Cheers and thanks 🤠
Rage is stress.
Stress not only shortens your life, it actually isn't fun...
And, in the end, we all will die whether we rage or chill.
And raging (or chilling) is a choice, even if it does not seem like a choice when choosing "not to learn doing things differently"
It seems you are learning, so I wish you success and forbearance 🙂
3:42 this is why I have a 2nd set of wheels for winter tires and swap between the sets myself haha
100% true. It's nice to be important but it's important to nice, rich or not.
Yes, unfortunately some people these days are pathetic and think it's smart to be rude to people who are kind or polite.
Love the series! I'm with Rich Guy on the car ngl. Shit happens before ink hits paper and money changes hands, not as an FYI after you've paid.
Good stuff mr c
1 lesson I have learnt from these videos is I need to buy those glasses
When I grow up I wanna be just like this guy
My god , this is the most real life video i ever saw....
7:41 Friendship love and compassion for one another ! Grow up to be smart enough to make lots of it but never stupid enough to think it matters.
I used to offer beer to anyone that came to work on things until one was under 18. Now I ask lol
The line about the area codes has Me 😂. People tell me all the time what neighborhood they are living in at work like its supposed to mean anything. I could care less unless they want me to come out to their house and its 30 min past my area limit. I charge more for that
Rich vs really rich is watching the shorts vs waiting for the compilations
The narrator background looks like 800 s Wells. Am I close?
Your most accurate one is when you're talking about the house keeping service that does most of the H.R decision. True if you don't respect someone for himself no one's needs them on their team
7:35 I don't like zoos either... entire video and that's what sticks with me.
( I usually deal with ppl in the really rich dudes way)
Do you have a tiktok?
Can i share your videos there, if not?
It pays to rewind.
Rich Skier vs Boarder: man i see that too often xD
never warned me about richer folk when i started working resort ski schools xD
Chip makes an appearence.
Noblesse oblige. And yes, you get more with honey than vinegar.
Is there a problem, captain?
Hello Mr crown, do you have a separate channel for making longer videos or podcast apart from the UA-cam shorts,
If not, it's a great idea as you already have an audience and you'll get much more passive income long term from longer videos
Do you have a tail? lol
I think the really rich is more just “a normal human being and not an asshole” lol
I so love these videos man I swear..
Hope asshole rich people watch these
So... Be open minded, be appreciative, and be kind? That about sums it up?
I'm just a schmuck, and I act like the really rich guy all the time. Huh. Guess my mom raised me right. :-)
I love seeing how much more douchey the rich becomes over time
I don’t see a description for this video. He doesn’t say where the video is from, who he’s talking to or anything. It’s always just content that pretends that the super rich are better than everyone else
Love the porn stache, and I'm not rich or even really rich....but I know about treating people with respect and paying people what they're worth. Great videos.
He should habe doubled it and given it to the next person
Ask for an exchange.
Sad thing, I get accused by my girlfriend for being too nice because I act like this, even though I'm currently dead broke
Its crazy the best people i have met and got to know turned out to be stupid rich. They dress in nothing special the truck they drive or car is nothing special often its kinda beat. They are just relaxed and realize i was this kid selling lemonade once. Its kinda the toughest real tough fighters are super relaxed people. There is nothing to prove and nobody cares.
Scumbagdad brought me here
Can you please be my mentor
I grew up poor it’s funny how much poor people act like the asshole. I’ve never met a nice rich person though or a rich person at all tbh.
First
💰💰
I just came across this other guy doing this rich vs really rich noone can do it better then you ppl need to get there own thing ppl always want to copy and eat off someone else shtick
are you even rich? lmao
And then I tipped my landlord 🥹
