Great video. I'd love to get one next year and restore or improve one like you guys have done. I've got a e46 330ci and love it but also love the e28 and e12 my neighbour has a 1981 e12 535i and he loved it. Had it since new and sold it back in 2006 it featured in magazines and he showed me all the pictures. Great cars and yours are awesome guys
I just found your channel amazing cinematography on top of great reviews I’m in Detroit Michigan it’s amazing to see how much car people all the same around the world and this M5 is loved the same here
I agree with you 100%, one the most beautiful BMW's ever made. I wish they never stopped making this bodystyle. I think it should have been left and built exactly the same until this day, without all the technology!
Wicked! Takes me back to 96. 20 years old. A few of my mates had E30’s. I wanted one so bad but didn’t have the budget. Spotted a Zin red 528 SE on 50mm springs in auto trader. In the prestige section of the mag Fell in love instantly. Did loads to that car with the help of a crashed M535 manual. Drove the wheels off for 5 or so years. then bagged a black e24 manual that tried to kill me every day.😂 then an alpine white m535i manual. Recaro cloth and a/c. They were definitely cool before they were cool.
Nice to see Kav on camera with one of his 535s and also I am glad to know the black 535 I passed on the sale details has gone in good hands too. Keep them up and going chaps.
I ain't blaming your craziness about E28's, I was literally born in an E12, my uncle had an E28, Later on when I grew, sold, I had a Nissan U12 which I kept till today, I'm 38 years old.. The E28 remains my dream car..
What a lovey story Paji, I felt the love and passion just through watching this UA-cam video. Well done, I can see how proud you are. Keep up the good work.
Hi Kav, Allan here in Johannesburg south Africa. Awesome video, awesome cars, thanks for your amazing support when i need it. Brilliant story , really hits the right notes with me and my son and his e28.
E28 is the second favorite chassis i enjoy behind the E34. I want one of those some day. But first the 540i M60wagon e34 is a must for me.#e28love #e28
Absolutely beautiful car. All bmws from the 70s to the late 90s are proper bmws in my eyes the new ones are quick and comfortable but have no soul like the rest of the cars today.
Beautiful cars. My compliments to an excellent effort-I have an 87 535is that I spent the last 3 years on. Looks really nice, but your body kits just complete the look. I especially can appreciate the comment your 13 year old made....I know exactly what that feels like and it doesn't get much better than that from your teen daughter....I have 3....
I used to own an m5351 in white with harte wheels and cylinder head. Loved that car...she's the only one I still have dreams about....so I just bought myself a nice dark green e28 2.8is. Going to do the suspension and brakes much like you have. Keep up the good work brother!
That's a very nice couple of e28's So happy that I never sold my old beater 528i , and now several years later I can enjoy it again. Did I spot a Momo Arrow in the photos, damn that's a long time ago they were popular.
Ex mechanic 90 to get 2005 my dad loved cars and we were ford fans 80s and. 90s capris and Sierras. Polished like 4 times a week. My dad's 86 Sierra just Rotted from inside out. Inner legs and arches. Friend showed me a mint 87 520i lux model for sale in 92 with 110k met blue was mint . 2600 quid My dad loved it. Different class of car might not of been an M5 version of the engine but the straight 6 cylinder note and middle exhaust pipe out back. Didn't have to worry about rust issues completely different metal used. My new indie garage boss was from Pakistani tuning garage and he loved and drove the 300zx 240 zx etc. These and the 90 shape and up to 03 5 series where the last beat built era of German cars same as the 190.. 90s R class also aswell. But. Wil always have a weak spot for the shark nose 80s E28s what a Car
I was lucky enough to have bought these for peanuts in the 90's. Some were free (518i), some under £500 (a 14 year old 528i manual with the sport gearbox, M Technic suspension and sport seats) and the most expensive, an Alpina B9 3.5 in tidy condition for £2800. Those were the days. I added up the total number and it's.........28. 17 were bought and sold, the rest were parts cars. My Dad had three as new cars, two 520i's and a 525e.
Well done guys. Nice video and great to watch. I have one, 64000 miles one owner (family) which i nearly sold, but keeping now. They’re beautiful By the way, would you mind me asking how much you paid for yours?

That they are, I agree wholeheartedly.
I "Liked" this from the thumbnail alone! Long live the E28!
These are one of the best-moded E28's I've ever seen.
There is something special about the 5 series and the video summed it up, a car with a soul. Thanks for the video ❤
Thank you
Had the pleasure of meeting Kav to buy a few E28 bits many years ago. Top bloke
